Shishly Palace Hotel

Location is good: down town and near the metro. There is a lift, reception is 24h open. Room is just okay in size. It was clean. My room had a door to an adjacent one, but luckily there was no one staying there. Bathroom could be bigger, but I liked the "forest rain" type shower. Breakfast was good, with some fresh pastries and good tea. It even had meaty stuff and a pea soup :-P Several sorts of cheese and olives. Staff is friendly. Rooms could see a little more maintenance: there are loose screws, creaking hinges and almost nothing to hang towels or a jacket on. Windows go out on a busy street and let through almost all noise: hard to fall asleep in the evening. Owners could think how to block street noise. Maybe it was just in my case, but bedsheets had quite some lint -- they didn't look like they usually do in hotels.

I liked the staff, exceptional 24/7 service. The reception desk staff was really nice. The place was always clean and the breakfast really good. The location also is quite good and near the center (Nişantaşı).

Fantastic Stay at Shishly Palace Hotel Me and my family stayed in Shishly Palace from [September 14 to 20, 2025], and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team, especially Mr Mostafa, went above and beyond to answer our questions about local attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and spacious, with a super comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the daily housekeeping kept everything pristine. The breakfast buffet was basic offering a narrow variety of options, including [e.g., local dishes or vegan choices]. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Osmanbey and Şişli, which made exploring so convenient. The only minor downside was [e.g., the view], but it didn’t detract from our overall experience. The value for money was excellent, and the staff’s attentiveness made our trip truly special. I’d highly recommend Shishly Palace to everyone, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in istanbul. We’re already looking forward to returning!

Many Shops and Resturants around, Metro 5 mints walk. Many Exchange Offices to reach. Good Breakfast and quite. Excellent shower facilities. Very nice AC System with smart wall function. Comfortable Bed & Pillos makes You easy to sleep well.

This was our second time in this hotel. Breakfast is varied and fresh. The personnel are always very attentive, both in the lobby and in the breakfast room. The room was sparkling clean, with good air conditioning and sober design. The communication with the spa personnel downstairs was a bit difficult. We understood that, as hotel guests, using only the sauna was free, but it turned out it's not. Nothing wrong with it, but it took us 2 conversations to understand the fees and services.

-The hotel owner is polite and helpful -The location is wonderful near to osmanbey metro station -Appropriate for familes -It had a fair Price - The sound proof of the room wasn’t the best, if you have loudy neighbors you might get uncomfortable

Perfect staff mashAllah. Home-made breakfast very comfy cause not a big hotel. Clean bed. Vending machine available (water, juice, snacks) Bathroom too small and hair-dryer stuck by the wall a little bit inconvenient. little table would've been great.

Staff was very nic, breakfast good. The room had a door to the other room (locked) so the everything could be heard. Thus, a poor privacy and sleep. There was no suitable place for work (nor in the room as there was no chair nor in the lobby).

Thanks to the owners for the comfort and hospitality! No water in room and ceramic cups

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast was very good, the room was cleaned everyday with fresh sheets, the staff was super friendly. Bus stop is very close No parking space in front of the hotel so even taxis or ubers will not be able to wait.
