We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul! Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness to the overall atmosphere and service. A very special thanks to Abdullah at the reception, who truly made our experience exceptional. He was incredibly professional, welcoming, supportive, and always ready to help with a smile. His care and attention made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Also thanks to the rest of the staff for their kindness and hospitality. Highly recommended! The breakfast can be improved but that’s a minor issue. Nothing else.

Location, access to metro, room service, connected rooms that helped me keep an eye on my kids There was no parking even though in the web-page was written that there is parking garage. In addition, the breakfast was very poor, with foods from the other days, very little alternatives to choose, and the cans were not filled with foods for other people who came after we ate, there was far below that we expected as turkish breakfast

The staff was all great except Mr Murat bey .. staff at breakfast is great too . over all Mr REMZI,Mr GÖKHAN ,and MR IDRIS made the stay very good and happy ..they were all very professional and helpful except Mr Murat bey isn’t nice.. No sahur breakfast was offered but great breakfast on normal days ..staff at breakfast is great too .

Excellent and very helpful staff ..especially REMZI BEY , Idris and GÖKHAN…..Murat bey isn’t nice or helpful or welcoming ,,,but others like Mr Gökhan ,MR REMZI BEY and idris are very helpful and welcoming …property is very clean and location is great .. The price of the property could be less compared to the other hotels like concept and hotels on halaksakagzi so the Choice is tough ..there should be short term rental prices too …like monthly ..like other hotels .. Also sahur breakfast should be offered to the guest during Ramadan…

I stayed at this hotel and I really liked it very much. The quality of the service is excellent, and the staff are always kind and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, very rich and delicious. I liked ın room Capsule coffee machine service. In addition, the hotel is very clean and well maintained in every detail. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. Everything is ok

This is not a 4 star hotel. Also be mindful booking upper levels due to now elevator access. I booked a 'pent house) which had worn out furniture, with uncomfortable bed. Better value rooms can be found in better hotels nearby.

A clean, warm, and sincere boutique hotel within walking distance of everything. Breakfast ia also nice and all included in the price! . We always love coming here. All good.
