موقعه ممتاز جدا نروح مشي لنشانتشي وشيشلي. نظيف ورائحة المكان حلوه. البوفيه متنوع ولذيذ ونظيف. والستاف متعاونين جدا وخلوقين. الغرف مزودة بكل شيء. صراحة فخم وارجع له اكيد! كل شي اعجبني

سكنت فيه 5 ايام الصراحة الفندق كويس و موقعه كويس للي يبغا يتسوق ، الاستقبال خدومين جداً بالاخص ( , zilan .. (ibrahim 1- موضوع العوازل صحيح بين الغرف ضعيف لكن على حسب اختيار الشخص للغرفه احنا اخذنا غرفتين متصلة لكن بينهم باب وكنا نسمع سواليف بعض لكن الغرف المفردة اللي مافيها غرف متصلة العزل كويس 2- موضوع المكيف بعض الغرف لازم تتصلو على الرسبشن عشان يشغلوه 3- بالنسبة لحجم الغرفة صراحة افضل من كثير فنادق في اسطنبول حجمها موضيق مناسب جداً .. 4- السعر اعتبره مناسب للخدمة المقدمة 5- في ازعاج من الشارع بعض الايام في اوقات معينة اغلبها النهار فقط . جنبه مول صغير افطر فيه اسمه لوتس والك . الاقامة كانت رائعة جداً اتمنى تستفيدوا من كلامي

The staff is very good, location is amazing, rooms are very clean . Hallmark became my main hotel in Istanbul , I been there many times . The best breakfasts comparing to 5 stars hotels in same district. Nothing but this time the AC cooler was turning off at night automatically when rooms temperature gets cold but it remain turned off so I was waking up each night and it’s hot to turn on the AC . This is first time I notice such thing , that need to be managed in a better way to have a better sleep during mid night.

Staff were excellent, rooms very comfortable and clean. A gem of a hotel. Noise isolation as the connecting doors in all the rooms (except those without any connecting doors) let every sound through.

Location, staff, rooms and bathrooms. all were great! The Mattress was old and sagging.

The staff was wonderful, very polite very helpful. The adjoining rooms had a door between them that let all sounds through we could hear our neighbors speaking. They need to either install a second door or have more sound proofing

Everything! The staff are so nice and the hotel itself is so clean (which really matters to me when booking a hotel) so this is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a good hotel location and also care for the cleanliness.

When I reported this to the reception, they said that no one entered the room except housekeeping, but they also said they do not suspect them. This was confusing and no real help or solution was offered, which negatively affected my stay. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. A large amount of cash went missing from my bag while I was out. I know it was my mistake not to use the safe.
