Staff is excellent, Abdul Kader in the reception area is very good and very helpful. Ahmet & Abbas are excellent staff in the restaurant and the amazing lady who cooked inside the kitchen is very good. Wifi is good and fast the elevator is very small and restaurant is small, sometimes we found the breakfast area very busy

Location was amazing and the staff are super helpful and professional. We loved them all. They are very welcoming and kind. Small bathroom and no light in the shower. Along with the flushing sounds of the toilets next room

Starting from check-in, I asked for an early check-in between 9 and 10am and the hotel staff managed to make it. The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good. Hotel location is very near to Osmanbey Metro station and there are lots of cafes and restaurants on Osmanbey main street. My experience was great, thanks to Abdulkader and Azeez who helped me during my stay. The hotel is good choice for families and people looking for nice place in quite street.

Comfortable place, near the Nişantaşı, and closely to metro. Cleaning was every day. Garson from the kitchen was very pleasure with the guests, every morning he suggest to complete the breakfast with the scramble eggs, turkish tea/coffee.

The staff is very friendly and supportive .The breakfast is good and has a variety of food. The hotel is always clean , it's newly renovated. The location is near the metro station , bus station , shops , malls and pharmacies etc.. The shower space is too small , the shower door should open to the outside instead of inside.

Friendly staff, Arabic speakers, and location are a big bonus near the main street just a few steps away (restaurant, coffee, lovely places to walk and see, local shopping stores) Noisy, the street going very dark at night, room and beds lack clearness, bathroom needs to take care of even more.
