Very good breakfast, maybe freshly squeezed orange juice would have made it excellent. Location is perfect, close to everywhere, literally walking distance to most of places! Staff are very friendly and helpful! All of them! Very clean! Id 100% come to this hotel again, next time I visit Istanbul Rooms are little bit tight, beds are not very comfortable and lights at the corridor keeps turning off too often since it’s turn on by sensors

Breakfast is excellent, everyday we can see the staff feed the birds. That is excellent. The staff is very friend.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

The location is great, walkable to metro and tram lines that would take you to any key attractions. All hotel employees were wonderful and very accomodating to me and my parents. Specifically, Aicha made our stay very enjoyable: she checked in on us every day, asked if we need anything and gave great recommendations. We also really enjoyed our interactions with Samara, Ebrar, Habib and Sakir! Breakfast was great (my favorite was coffee) and the view on the rooftop was nice. Sauna and pool were also a great perk to have. The walls are on a thin side, even though advertised as soundproof. I could hear all my neighbors and they were pretty loud until late at night. Also, the original room I stayed at had a lot of pigeon activity… they were diving under the roof near my window, and their noises were a little loud. Lastly, the rooms were cozy, but on a small side. I am used to have at least one chair in the room, but both rooms are stayed at were too small to fit a chair.

Breakfast was plentiful and had a choice of everything you could want, the view from the rooftop really made it. There was also an area with water and biscuits by reception which was lovely. The room was comfy and spotless. The pool area was also very clean and relaxing and the water was warm. The location was brilliant, a walk or short bus to everything and in a very nice area with lots of shops and restaurants at its doorstep. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Istanbul! Only thing was the TV had channels rather than a smart TV which meant Amazon Prime/Netflix was not an option, but this was fine for us

The stay at this hotel was really great. We had a free drive from the airport to the hotel and the driver was really nice, but he didn't speak good English, but it was ok. The staff was really welcoming and ordered us coffees as soon as we came and helped us with our luggage to our room. Breakfast was great, we had a lot to choose from and with a great view. My boyfriend had a birthday on this trip and we were surprised in our room with a small cake and a candle which was beautifull. And overall the staff makes you feel really welcomed and opened for any help you need. The only thing we didn't like is that one night we ordered a room service from the menu they had and the food was made really good, but still we weren't mad about it.

New hotel, recently renovated, and fully met our expectations. Excellent value for money, especially considering its location in a historic district. Everything matches the description and photos on Booking.

Very pleasant homely atmosphere, individual approach from reception staff to all needs, clean and modern room, convenient bad, thoughtful room's lighting and conditioning. TV and Wi-Fi on a good level. Additional bonus - cosy restaurant located on the hotel roof with panoramic view and delicious food and service, excellent breakfast and very attentive staff. Nothing to add.

I can definitely recommend this property at least because of one reason - you receive what you expect from photos, description and so on. Breakfast was very good - exactly what you expect from diverse buffet, where you can select from a lot of options. Rooms were clean, big enough, with good lighting, big number of mirrors and so on. Hotel owner was the great - he was very keen on how hotel should work (a little bit similar with Terry Benedict from Ocean's Eleven). For example, the pool water wasn't just from a tap, it was delivered from the sea, so the consistency is very close Turkey beaches. nothing to say

The experience was totally very good. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were ok. The pool is working very good and provides tranquil atmosphere. The owener, Mehmet, is very kind and hospitable. The most important thing is also the room was sound proof. Alla in all, this hotel is reccomended.

I liked the cleanliness of the place, the comfort of the room, and the friendly staff. The location was convenient and close to essential services. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.
