Location and lounge was good and value for money. Rooms need updating especially the Carpet.

A train passes right by the window.

Room is clean, comfortable. For a 1-2 day stay, its fine. But for a longer stay, i would like more comfort. But i am grateful to the staff who went to meet me and extended my room for anoter day(when my flight was canceled). Room need some upgrade. Refresh painting on the wall. This is of course not critical, but visualli not very nice. Fixed some furniture. Small cofe table lags was making the noice, i fixed it by myself. In bathroom need additional accsesories. Hock for towel wery far from shower cabine. There is also mold inside the perimeter of the shower cabine.

It’s super nice with friendly staff

The breakfast options were a little strange for what I'm used to but everything was delicious. There was quite a bit of variety, just not many Western breakfast options. The staff in the kitchen and the dining room were excellent, very responsive to any needs. Hotel may be close to the bus station as the crow flies, but trying to walk there was a nightmare. I would not recommend doing that and trying to pull a rolly bag. May be warn the guests about calls to prayer if they are obviously not locals. The bedding was absolutely mental, just a bottom sheet and a blanket on top, no top sheet. No duvet or duvet cover. Linen was scratchy on bare skin and pillows were minimal, a little flat and small.

Hotel is clean as normal

Very good location, clean and elegant rooms, comfortable beds, staff was so kind and helpful, breakfast very diverse and delicious, the free parking space was also a good benefit for reservation. Everything was amazing accordingly with the price that I paid. Nothing negative to say...

The best part about the hotel was its staff, they were really really nice and friendly, you could literally ask any questions regarding your saty and the city and they would give you the best advice. The cleaning lady would ask you every day if you need the room to be clean.

Air conditioning system didn’t work properly- was too hot in the room. Smell of cigarets from ventilation. Very noisy street nearby, closed windows didn’t help.

The service is great, the breakfast too The room and the bathroom need refreshments. The room was from the road side and was very loud during the day and night

Toilet smells bad by default.

Just bad it don’t let the photos deceive you, the pillow is bad and the bathroom is dirty and the stuff the trying hard to be nice but they are bad

Rooms were to small

The place was clean, quiet, comfortable and polite staff.

The cleaning lady very nice,great restaurant and good breakfast The front desk staff talk about you in front of you in the language thinking that bayou do not understand is very rude and unprofessional
