Location, cleanness, access to lots of restaurant and Migros Grocery, breakfast which was available at the coffeeshop specfically the free turkish teas for the guests and responsiveness of the Manager, Metanat. It was not very quiet, but acceptable. Water could be cold for some seconds when taking shower.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my entire stay. The apartment was cozy, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and will definitely stay here again!

Great location with plenty of cafés, markets, pharmacies, salons, and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The manager was very responsive on WhatsApp and always replied within minutes whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The apartment received very little natural light, so it could feel a bit dark during the day. We were also given a different room for the first night before being moved to the room we had originally booked the following afternoon. Neither issue was a dealbreaker, but they’re worth mentioning.

The apartment we stayed in is definitely dated with a few major issues. There’s no access to the heating controls, you have to message the staff. AC did not work, and plug sockets were falling out the walls. The toilet was all very difficult to use located in a tiny walled corner you could barely open legs to use. However, the staff there were very friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves need a lot of work as most things seem to be falling apart.

No one was available on the day of check in. Unacceptable that they were not licensed by municipality. Safety was paramount in my decisionto cancel. Booking.vom needs to assist in granting a refund

Everything about this hotel was amazing, we can’t wait to come back. We would choose this place again and again, and we already recommend it to everyone we know. It truly made our trip to Istanbul special. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the café’s food and drinks were memorable. My whole family loved it. Our suite had a great kitchen, and there were plenty of grocery stores, bakeries, and great restaurants within walking distance. It’s a little farther from the main tourist sites, but Nişantaşı itself is a beautiful neighborhood to spend time in. Overall, a perfect stay. Nothing

My request for a refund was refused. This experience was misleading, unprofessional, and highly suspicious. I strongly advise future guests to be very cautious.

Well, the location is excellent, step out and find yourself in the heart of Nisantasi, the luxurious and vibrant district, shop around for brands and enjoy the tasty bakeries all at the hand's distance.. Hassle free to reach by public transport (e.g. a bus) Taksim, Besiktas. Recommend to take Uber or street taxi to Bebek (almost the same price, but still first check it) ) No slopes, no steps to reach the hotel. Enter the hotel through the cafe - a breakfast/brunch area. My thanks to the helful and friendly lady working in the kitchen/bar. .All in all, the staff are welcoming and friendly, including the cleaning ladies. Each call was taken, expect quick resolving if there is any issue or request, just dial zero from your room. Thanks everyone, a young guy from Azerbaijan (Utku?), Murad, the manager who treated us to strawberry Matcha before leaving.

The bathroom smelt like sewer. I had the fan on all day and night long but it was too loud at night when trying to sleep.

Location The staff and the administration were not helpful at all. They checked us late in the ottomans room. I slipped in the stairs and hurt and injured myself badly because the AC was leaking water in the stairs. We contacted them and the receptionist came into the room and he said that there was nothing he could do to fix the problem. I asked him to talk to his manager and he said he was asleep. I asked him to move us into another room or refund us the money because we can’t go down to use the bathroom, Nothing happened too. We were so disappointed because I could not sleep due to the pain and noise of the AC dripping water. I had to get medical treatment. The closest pharmacy open at that time was 15mins walk. Another important thing to consider, do not book this hotel if you are travelling as a family you know why!! This is a terrible experience I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Very central everything within walking distance Washroom very very small no place in the shower for shampoo the shower did not work in the King suite management should install a caddy. Also we booked the room for 3 adults there were plates for only one person and 1 pot it was very difficult to eat

location was good. Complaints: Hotel Rating: The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but the quality of the rooms and facilities is far below that standard. Based on my experience, the hotel should be rated at most 2 stars. I trust Booking.com to accurately evaluate hotels, and I am disappointed by the misleading information in this case. Room Quality: The room was much smaller than advertised. It was listed as 34 square meters, but in reality, it was closer to 20 square meters. The photos used to advertise the rooms were taken with wide-angle lenses, which made the rooms appear larger than they actually were. Baby Crib: I requested a baby crib through Booking.com at the time of booking, as well as the day before and on the day of check-in. Unfortunately, no crib was provided during my stay. I can provide copies of all email correspondence if necessary. Bathroom and Toilet: The condition of the bathroom and toilet was unacceptable. This was a major part of my dissatisfaction with the hotel. Quality of staff: The hotel has stated that I did not check in, despite the fact that I did. They claim I never arrived, which is untrue. This false statement has prevented me from submitting a review and requesting a refund. I checked in as scheduled, but after experiencing significant issues with the hotel's quality, I decided to check out early.

Good location, close to shops and food, had cute and funky decorations and lighting which was nice Room was small, there was 3am construction and drilling and the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything outside (traffic, nonstop honking etc). The bathroom had mold growing on the caulking and the shower pipe was leaking from not being sealed properly. We arrived and the sofa bed pictured was not there, instead it was a 2-seater leather couch that was not prepared for our stay. When we pulled it out, the mattress was stained with food crumbs all over it, and the springs were broken or bent; so the mattress was sloping in - very uncomfortable.

Nothing The property is ok But do not take a air port transfer by the property They property asked us they have transfer Aftet we arrived to istanbul airport the driver said come to gate 8 after we go to gate 8 He send message no come to gate 14 And that was long distance especially we have 6 big baggage aftet we went to gate 14 No body was thiet we waited around 30 minutes No body thier want to help finly we went to anothet location In second floor Actually we did not me the driver he like send us to another and the aother was busy After we arrived to the property I complained for that and the sais transfer car van not from them ( thdn why u send us message by we arrived u said that U have nice van u the property gave us the driver #) They give us hard time

To be absolutely honest, l liked nothing about the property The property was too small and too cramped for our group of 6 adults and 1 child. It was advertised as deluxe two bedroom appartement but in fact it was two one bedroom suits connected with a tiny door. There was inly about 30cm space around the beds and not enough living space to sit or eat something together! There was only two small wardrobes (clearly not enough for 7 people) - one even smaller than the other one (hardly 40cm wide) The beds were very noisy and creaking all night. The water pressure and the temperature was bad! The hot water kept getting cold in the middle of the shower. There wasn’t ant hand wash or washing liquid in the property just a couple of sample size shampoos in the bathrooms. The stoves were do old and took ages to warm up! It took us 20 minutes to fry some eggs! There was ants in one of the rooms. There was a spider in one of the showers. The staff were polite but not helpful at all, and they couldn’t speak english. I asked to speak to the manager or owner but was told it wasn’t possible as they were not in the country. When we complained they basically said it was what it was and they couldn’t help us… that’s why we called booking.com and decided to check out early. I’m still waiting in my refund and compensation from booking.com as we only booked this place out of desperation after my last reservation was cancelled last minute (the day before my arrival!) This was supposed to be my 50th birthday celebration with my family but it turned into a nightmare thanks to booking.com!
