First of all, I chose an economy room. There was no window in the room, which they wrote at the bottom of the description, but it was not visible. The air conditioning was not working. The toilet was very old. The breakfast was not that good.

They need to take care about bed sheets, towels and mattresses, with one word, housekeeping should be priority

clean and safe place with beautiful entrance terrace. rooms are clean and tide, stuff is amazing very helpful and friendly. fantastic location if you need to be in nisantasi, metro is also close. would definitely visit again for my next trips. nothing everything was okay

It has a good location, and the staff was very friendly. The shower wasn’t very clean, and the water didn’t drain properly. Because of that, we couldn’t shower at the hotel.

The hotel receptionist was super helpful and both had a great warm smile when we were checking-in. He even gave me hot Turkish tea upon arrival which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed breakfast which was included. Nice & firm bed with a kettle to make tea & coffee in your room. Great location in the heart of the high fashion district with a bank atm & restaurants nearby. Perfect for a night or 2. Hotel needs more maintenance/love. The lobby and entrance area looks nice but the bedroom wallpaper needs to be replaced..

Ozkan was fantastic! He helped with all the details. The hotel is in a great shopping location with shops nearby. The American Hospital is within walking distance for those traveling for medical treatment. The breakfast is wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel in Nişantaşı. 10 stars for Ozkan.

Location is great. Many restaurants around It’s allowed to smoke in lobby! Smell of cigarets was really bad

The staff was amazing. They were really polite and helpful with everything we needed. Speaking really good English and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel is clean and quiet even though it had a lot of guests. We will definitely visit again! ❤️
