This is our second time at the rooms hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you want to do shopping and dress fitting. Wonderfull times we had here. They gave us late check out. This not luxury place but best for the family and shopping experience. I would recommend staying at this hotel. All good.

The location and the area, as it is only few steps walking to the shops cafes and malls, The cleanliness of the rooms. And above all that were the staff as they were helpful supportive with a very welcoming attitude. Special thanks to Osman for his usual cooperation and excellent customer service skills thats been shown , also Jihad for his professionalism and support during our check in ,Seybil ( I hope i wrote her name correct) for following our rquests and taking care of them with high priority. And not to forget, a big thank you to the housekeeping staff for keeping our room clean neatly daily To all of you: You are an amazing team.

The hotel is in a very good location in the heart of Nişantaşı, a lively shopping district filled with hundreds of small shops and restaurants. It is about a 10-minute walk from City’s Mall in Nişantaşı. This is a 3-star hotel with basic yet good facilities. It is clean and comfortable overall. However, the hotel does not have a restaurant, so you will need to arrange breakfast elsewhere each morning. The reception staff were friendly and pleasant. The internet connection was good during most of my stay, except for the last day when it was not working effectively. My only comment is that the hotel management could pay more attention to supervising the cleaning staff, as their performance could be more efficient.
