Location Receptionist was so rude upon our arrival, not sure why, later on when I asked him about his name, Orna, he was not rude anymore

also The most important thing about this hotel is really its staff, especially Mr. Fevzi, who was incredibly helpful. Also, Rabia and Nazan … were really nice and had such great energy. I personally want to thank the staff for that. last year we were here with my family as well, and I can say the hotel has gotten a bit older and could use some renovations in a few areas. Unfortunately, they’ve also removed the breakfast, which is a downside. But in my opinion, the location of this hotel is the best part. Thanks

Location / I have liked the location and the sea view I didn’t like the exaggeration of the high rent which was higher than what you can pay at 5 stars hotels

Location is good and staff are trying there best. Unfortunately we had an issue with hot water and even though the staff did there best ,it toke 3 days to fix .alternatively we had other flat to use the bathroom.

SOMEONE STOLE MY VEST INSIDE THE ROOM AND NO ONE FOLLOWED UP TO OFFER ASSISTANCE. I LEFT A VEST ON THE ROOM SOFA WHEN I AND THEN I HAVE REALISED THAT IT WAS MISSING. STAY AWAY FROM HERE, THEY ARE LICENSED THIEFS.
