Great location. Some staff were excellent like Atakan. Free water and coffee was appreciated. TV had a low speaker limit of only 20. Barely audible. Also was not a smart TV which is not expected from a 4/5 star hotel. The AC in the rooms had a low limit of 19C, which again during summers is not low enough. We were hot many times. Morning Buffet could have more vegetarian or vegan options for international travelers.

The location is superb Some guys at the reception talked me into a meal delivery which was way too much (they said the portion would be small so I need to buy more dishes)

The location is excellent, walking distance from many lively shopping areas, it’s also quiet around the hotel We checked in , the AC was not working properly, they said they will fix it , first night we were so tired and weather was good so we didn’t bother. Second day same problem someone came to the room and acted as if he fixed it on the third day when we were really angry as the room was so hot and we couldn’t sleep and they didn’t accept to change the room we realized that they switch it on and off from the reception and seems to save electricity they were controlling the temperature , they honestly spoiled our trip. Will never go bk there because of the people

The booking did not include the breakfast however I was offered complimentary breakfast and drinks through out my stay. The staff is very attentive and helpful! Superb location with great amenities. Will definitely come back.
