The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the room was clean and spacious. I stayed in a Junior Suite. In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards of a five-star property. The elevators are extremely small and often crowded. The air conditioning in the room was weak, especially considering the room size. The bed was not comfortable, and the sound insulation was poor, as traffic noise from outside could be heard clearly through the windows. These issues significantly affected the overall comfort of my stay.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Although it is advertised as a 4 star property, the experience did not meet my expectations. The mattress was too firm and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The room also had very poor soundproofing—I could easily hear people talking and walking in the corridor, as well as noise coming from neighboring rooms. Clean comfortable

When we entered the room, we faced with an unbelievable small room which was totally different with its photos. No room even to put my two luggages! Then after, I found the sheets dirty ( in a bad way!!) and called to ask to change that which next surprise came " sorry, there's no body to help you and you have to change them yourself !!. After an hour a gentlemen brought me some sheets and I changed that myself! The day after when I complained about the issue, the assistant manager replied this is what it is and you already paid by agent so can do nothing for you!

Location is perfect! Lots to do around.

The stay was nice the hotel is not very big, it takes up to 7 minutes walk to Nişantaşı

Our original room was dark with no view, and we paid an extra €100 to upgrade. Unfortunately, the upgraded room had a persistent sewage smell coming from the bathroom that was reported multiple times but never properly addressed. Cleaning the toilet did nothing, and we had to endure the odor for the rest of our stay. The room also had a window that would not lock properly, making it impossible to block out the street noise. The only solution offered was to push the couch against the window, which didn’t help. I eventually fixed the window mechanism myself. The most disappointing part of our stay was the service from one concierge. After repeatedly pressuring us to book tours and transportation through the hotel, he became rude during a dispute over our airport transfer, even taking my phone from my hands to read messages. This was an internal issue between the hotel and Booking.com, yet we were left to sort it out. At checkout, the same concierge criticized us for using Google Translate to understand conversations happening around us, calling it “shameful” and he simply assumed we were recording him. As international travelers, using translation tools is entirely reasonable, and his patronizing attitude even during our checkout was unacceptable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience for the price we paid. We would not recommend this hotel, as there are far better options offering much better service and value.

The street has everything you need, including supermarkets, pharmacies, salons, cafés, and restaurants. - Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel requires a €100 security deposit, which wasn’t mentioned during booking, but it was refunded at check-out. - They offer free luggage storage after check-out, which was very convenient before my flight. - The room was comfortable, the bed was great, the air conditioning was excellent, and the bathroom was nice. The room size was good, although there was no closet for clothes. - The hotel is quiet, family-friendly, and away from bars and nightclubs. - Cleanliness could definitely be improved. I would rate it 5/10. Some areas, especially bathroom corners, were not cleaned properly, and on more than one occasion I found hair left on the bed after housekeeping. - I had my lipstick and concealer disappear after the room was cleaned. I contacted the hotel, but they simply said they checked the cameras and found nothing. I am confident the items went missing during housekeeping, so I recommend keeping your valuables secure. - After losing my room key, the receptionist refused to issue a replacement, saying they had a limited number of key cards. Instead, I was told to ask the staff with the master key to open my room every time, which was inconvenient and handled unprofessionally. - Make sure to confirm every detail with the hotel, even small requests. Something as simple as getting an iron took much longer than expected.
