Very friendly staff, good location and confortable bed Rooms are way smaller than how they look in the photos. Sauna doesn't get that hot, so we were unable to use it.

Daily fresh towels, slippers and changing of linens. Small room! 2nd time there in a week / 2nd room - missing shower door, lock to room could not be locked from the inside, heater erratic. Arranged pickup at airport was 45 mins late.

An excellent hotel with high standards of cleanliness and service. The staff were professional and welcoming, the room was comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay that I would gladly repeat. Although the hotel was excellent overall, it felt closer to a 4-star standard than a 5-star one. There was also some delay in delivering basic room requests, such as essential kitchen utensils.

location and cleanliness Delay in handing over the room. There was insurance but that wasn't clear before booking, and I've never come across a hotel that requires insurance. Our room had two twin beds and there was only one comedian In one direction not in the middle. The lobby smells bad. They don't put water in every day. There is no bathrobe. Check out very early. There are no soundproofing devices the street noise is very clear as if the window were open.

The rooms are too small our room was at the 4th floor with no windows :) the breakfast was with limited options. Overall everything was great, bed was good and the toilet was spacious
