The view from my room was spectacular! Top floor and big terrace. The SPA is absolutely amazing! The staff is so kind and caring. Yılmaz was my favorite person there. Always around and ready to help you. The hotel needs a bit of un update.

Our stay was truly amazing from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was perfect for our family. A very special thank you to Yilmaz, who took incredible care of us during our stay. He was always there whenever we needed anything and made sure everything went smoothly for our family. You could really feel how much he cared about the guests. We also want to thank Ilkay from Guest Relations for being so kind, professional, and helpful the entire time. She made us feel welcomed and valued from the first moment. And a big thank you to Kerim at the reception as well. He was always patient, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. Honestly, the whole team made sure everything was perfect for our family, and that is something we truly appreciated. And of course, special thanks again to Halil. He was something extra special. The way he cared for us and every guest was unforgettable, and he is one of the main reasons this hotel feels so warm and welcoming. We will definitely come back again

Amazing stay at Arts Hotel Istanbul Harbiye. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The entire staff was kind and welcoming, but I especially want to mention Halil from the restaurant. Halil treated every guest with so much care and attention, almost like the hotel was his own. He was always making sure every small detail was perfect and that our family had the best possible experience during our stay. You can truly feel that he loves what he does, and people like Halil are the reason why Arts Hotel feels so warm and special. I honestly hope that when we come back next time, we will see Halil again. Staff members like him are what make Arts Hotel such a great hotel. A special thank you to Halil for his kindness, professionalism, and genuine care during our stay. He truly made our experience even more memorable. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality. We had a beautiful stay and will definitely come back.

The breakfast, location, and quick service were all excellent. The staff were very welcoming and helpful specially bugra -The towels need improvement. -There was dust under the bed

I liked Arts hotel. Location is very good it is between Taxim square and Osmanbey subway. It is close to Nisantashi as well. With respect to quality of hotel and its facilities, the value is acceptable. Room size and cleanliness are very good. However, it is a normal 5 star hotel that consider to its price, it can be good choice as compared with other 4 star hotels located near Taxim. Breakfast could be better. The warm items were limited and for this hotel it could be improved.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, Bugra helped a lot, and also the guy at the bar (evening shift) was very respectful, room was big, breakfast is more than you can ask for

Amazing staff , very clean and great location

Hotel and room was clean. Location is good. We liked breakfast especially chef was polite. Room service was excellent. From staff Ms.Ilkay was very nice with us. Thank you to her. We didn’t like coffee at breakfast, it was strong taste even with milk and sugar. The personnel from reception desk was asked rude question even he was seeing us as couples every day. And personnel from service department Sultan opening room with her card not paying attention to DND button.

Great location; various breakfast options and close to public transport. Windows were not clean; no toiletries in the bathroom; Switch box in the room was playing up.
