Arts Hotel Istanbul - Special Class

Overall good the hotel is bit dated. Rooms could you use some upgrades

The only downside is what other people mentioned about the tvs they have youtube and Netflix but we couldn’t make it work the apps kept crashing but we were prepared with hdmi cable

The hotel is very beautiful and well-organized, the room is spacious and large, the facilities are excellent, and most importantly, the location is superb. It's just a 5-minute walk from the shopping district in Osmanbey, close to restaurants, and a 25-minute walk from Taksim Square. Many thanks and appreciation to the hotel staff for their hospitality, good manners, and professionalism Everything was amazing and i recommend all to come to this hotel and you will see the difference in this hotel

it was a nice and clean place . Tirmaz was very helpful . Breakfast could offer more vegan or vegetarian options in hot food.

light controls in the room are too complicated. Busy road can be noisy. TV will open automatically as one inserts the door card in the slot which can be annoying.

Location is near shopping area and food. Rooms were noise proof even my room was over looking the main street. Wonderful staff at the reception, breakfast buffet, valet service and cleaning staff. I would like to thank especially Mr. Yelmaz for his kindness and support. The double beds size is very narrow it should be wider mattress. The parking charge is very high. I paid just like any body using the parking for hours not a guest at the hotel

The view from my room was spectacular! Top floor and big terrace. The SPA is absolutely amazing! The staff is so kind and caring. Yılmaz was my favorite person there. Always around and ready to help you. The hotel needs a bit of un update.

Our stay was truly amazing from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was perfect for our family. A very special thank you to Yilmaz, who took incredible care of us during our stay. He was always there whenever we needed anything and made sure everything went smoothly for our family. You could really feel how much he cared about the guests. We also want to thank Ilkay from Guest Relations for being so kind, professional, and helpful the entire time. She made us feel welcomed and valued from the first moment. And a big thank you to Kerim at the reception as well. He was always patient, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. Honestly, the whole team made sure everything was perfect for our family, and that is something we truly appreciated. And of course, special thanks again to Halil. He was something extra special. The way he cared for us and every guest was unforgettable, and he is one of the main reasons this hotel feels so warm and welcoming. We will definitely come back again
