The room was lovely ♥️ they were taking a lot of care about me and give me a lot of good advices. There is a gym in front of the hotel very cheap ?? Also nice art around the hotel Breakfast can get better but for the price is good

Nothing Rooms are bad , there is bed bugs everywhere it’s disgusting and the toilets smells bad it’s very old and the staff was rude

همه‌چیز در این هتل فوق‌العاده بود. تمیزی اتاق‌ها واقعا چشمگیر بود، همه‌جا مرتب و با دقت نظافت شده بود. حس خوبی از لحظه ورود به اتاق پیدا کردم. رزرو من بدون صبحانه بود و واقعاً نمی‌دونستم، اما برخورد مدیریت و پرسنل آن‌قدر محترمانه و مهربان بود که بدون دریافت هیچ هزینه‌ای، با روی باز و لبخند از من دعوت کردن که صبحانه رو میل کنم. این حرکت برای من بسیار ارزشمند و فراموش‌نشدنی بود. محیط آرام، موقعیت مکانی خوب، و برخورد انسانی و گرم پرسنل، این هتل رو به یکی از بهترین‌ تجربه‌های اقامتی من در استانبول تبدیل کرد

I’ve stayed at Arach Hotel Harbiye several times, and it never disappoints. The breakfast is always amazing, the rooms are spotless, and the bed linens smell fresh and clean every time. The entire staff is consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming with warm smiles. I’ve experienced every room type in this hotel, and all of them are equally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel manager is such a respectful and kind gentleman—he always checks in personally to make sure everything is perfect and that I have everything I need. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and cozy place to stay in Istanbul. It’s always a pleasure coming back!

The folks at the reception are the best. Super friendly. Speak fluent english. The girl is always so jolly, lightens the place up. Location is perfect. Walking distance to taksim and sisli market. Everything works perfectly.

Right now You will feel comfortable about anything and everything is safe in this hotel the rooms are clean good location The best breakfast fast and home service with good personals specially Fevzi the receptionist that I met again in this hotel he is one of the best reception he will help you in any situations with Shirin. Big room, very well decorated. We had everything we need it. Elevator smells badly and breakfast had not so much options.

As we were facing wi fi issues on our room, he fixed it straight away and he helped us with lot of information which was so much needed. We enjoyed a lot. Thanks again to the whole Arach team.
