I really liked the hotel’s location, and staff, and I’m grateful to all of them. I stayed there for 10 days, and everything was excellent, especially considering the price.

It’s close to where everything is at. I stay here each time I go to Istanbul to go to the dentist.

Another issue is that the hotel is located on a very steep alley, which can be difficult for families with children or elderly guests.

What I truly appreciated about this property was not only its charm and comfort, but also the exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to every request, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. What you see is exactly what you get—no surprises, just great service and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Istanbul! Nothing!

Very kind staff,great spacious room,great location (3mins to bus stop,20mins to city centre via bus),everything is clean! Breakfast is not the best, there are no juices or water. Only drinks are coffee and tea (however they make lovely omlette eggs and fried eggs for you!)

Very good location and very helpful staff. The alley where property is located is steep which makes it difficult for old people to walk up to the main road, (luckily not too long distance about 100 meter)

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location was convenient with the bus station close by and walking distance to Taksim square. The bath tub and the terrace in the suite were nice. Nothing.
