We had a very good upgrade (a specious apartment with a living room and 2 bathrooms) so our stay was perfect not only because the hotel has a good location (Nisantasi district is just about 5 min walk). Breakfast was also delicious.

Very convenient location. Metro stop right in front of the hotel. Very helpful and polite staff. Spotlessly clean room. Special thanks to our housekeeper on the first floor. Just one little problem before our checkout, no big deal, but we saw a tiny little cockroach (?) in the corner of our bathroom. So may be spray some disinfectant more often?

Excellent Location and Outstanding Hospitality! What I liked: ? The Hotel & Staff My stay at the Ramada Plaza was wonderful. The location is absolutely perfect—it is incredibly close to the Osmanbey/Şişli Metro, making it so easy to get around. It is also just a short distance from Taksim, İstiklal Caddesi, and the fashionable Nişantaşı neighborhood. I want to extend a very special thank you to the amazing hotel team who made my stay so comfortable: • Ersin Bey at the reception for his warm welcome and excellent assistance. • Nimet Hanım from housekeeping for keeping my room absolutely spotless and comfortable every day. ? A Hidden Gem Nearby: Kovan If you stay here, you must visit a fantastic small bakery/restaurant right near the hotel called Kovan. I had my breakfast there every single day! The food is absolutely delicious, the prices are very reasonable, and the team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout and thank you to the wonderful gentlemen there: • Mehmet Bey • Kerim Bey • Eren Bey Yavuz They truly made me feel at home. I highly recommend both this hotel and Kovan bakery for an amazing stay! This was my fifth stay at this hotel, but I am disappointed that there is still no loyalty program for returning guests. If a loyalty program does exist, the hotel should definitely advertise and announce it more clearly, as loyal customers should be recognized and rewarded.

Sennur O. showed great care and attention in her work as a room maid, ensuring everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly arranged. Her dedication and positive attitude truly stood out. Elif Ç., as a security agent, was equally impressive—professional, helpful, and always approachable. Her warm personality and constant smile made me feel safe and welcome at all times. It’s rare to meet people who combine professionalism with such genuine kindness. Both of these wonderful ladies are a true asset to the hotel, and they made my stay much more enjoyable. Thank you again, Sennur and Elif, for your amazing work While I truly appreciated the staff and their excellent service, I found the breakfast to be quite average, simple, and repetitive. Considering the hotel’s five-star rating, I expected a higher quality and more variety.

Great stay overall! The location is very convenient—central and close to public transport, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a short stay. Breakfast was a nice bonus with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. Friendly staff and smooth check-in made the experience even better. Would definitely consider staying here again. A few minor downsides: the rooms felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing, and soundproofing wasn’t great—I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. The breakfast was decent, but the selection didn’t vary much day to day. Also, Wi-Fi could be a bit inconsistent at times. Nothing major, but worth noting.

The Ramada Plaza is a great option for a short stay in Istanbul. Location: it can easily be reached using the Metro from IST airport. It is also in a good area for walking if you want some exercise. About 1 mile from Taksim Square and 2 miles from Galata Tower. The area immediately around the hotel has a good mix of restaurants, small shops and residences. For a sandwich consider Suat Usata and for dinner try Zarif Meyhane. The hotel itself is very good. This time we stayed on the lobby level in one of the recently renovation rooms. It was perfect. Beautiful, extremely comfortable and soundproof against street noise. All we could ask for. Nothing
