We stayed here for five nights with our toddler and we couldn’t have asked for better service. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, accommodating and was very nice to our toddler who felt right at home. The rooms are nice and clean, the bed is insanely comfortable. The hotel has a lot of cafes and restaurants around, and so so many shops! I wish I could name every single staff member; we truly appreciate everyone who made our stay special, from the staff at the front desk always smiling, the restaurant staff who welcomed us every morning with a smile and was helpful all throughout breakfast, the housekeeping staff who were flexible to work around our son’s nap time, the bellmen team who were always helpful and arranged our transport to the airport at great value and made our check in and check out experience extremely smooth (shoutout to Ugur and Moustafa). Thank you all! Nothing.

We loved our stay at the Westin, the location was wonderful, right outside a metro-station and in a very busy area with a shopping center and many restaurants nearby, though you wouldn't feel it, for the moment you step inside the Westin it's quiet and tranquil. The staff were all wonderful, with small gestures that make your stay all that more memorable, i would especially like to thank the team that took care of us: thank you Arek, Tugce, Mert, Arzu, Omer and Aeda for making our stay so comfortable

Istanbul is home for me, but after living abroad for the past 15 years, I’ve stayed in a range of hotels whenever I visit, including Divan Istanbul and The Georges Hotel Galata. I can say without hesitation that Western Nisantasi Hotel surpassed them. First, the hotel is new, and it shows. Everything feels fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. But what truly sets it apart is the location (and the gym!). Nişantaşı strikes the right balance, central without being overwhelmed by heavy tourist traffic. It’s ideal for first-time visitors who want access to the city without being stuck in the busiest areas. From here, getting around both the European and Asian sides is surprisingly easy, and many key spots are within walking distance. The service made a real difference. Ikram and Devrim at reception were attentive, warm, and efficient throughout my stay. Erdoğan and Ugur, the bell staff, were equally helpful and welcoming. There’s a level of care here that stands out, especially compared to more established hotels that can sometimes feel transactional. N/A

The location is amazing and almost everything we wanted to do was a walking distance. The staff were amazing upon check-in & check-out, everything was smooth.

The hotel is really nice. The staff is professional and super friendly, the facilities are great, the room was excellent. The breakfast is rich with everything you can expect both from a hotel of this class and the local cuisine. The location was the main issue, especially that the room was facing the boulevard. It was super noisy with non-stop traffic until 2-3 am. Sirens during the night every 5 to 10 minutes. We could hardly sleep. Honestly, if you get a room not facing the main boulevard this would drastically change the experience.

Near kids school so much noise Pre authorization amount has noot been refunded, they said within 10 days and it gas been more than 12 days and I didn’t receive it
