The Westin Istanbul Nisantasi

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Istanbul Nisantasi. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Osmanbey Metro Station and surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and shopping. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Mustafa for making our stay even more comfortable with his outstanding hospitality. Special thanks to other receptionists who mange our day trip as well. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul. Nothing!

Everything was super clean and organized and a fantastic location

The hotel was very clean, the location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. We booked two rooms during our stay. Unfortunately, Room 301 had a view directly facing a wall, which made it feel dark and enclosed. We also found the mattress to be much too soft for our liking, making it less comfortable to sleep on. Overall, we felt the hotel was quite expensive for what it offers, and the overall experience did not match the price we paid.

Very well located property in the middle of Nisantasi. The facilities are very well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. Great value in a very high value neighborhood! The staff was excellent. Very hospitable and accommodative to our needs. We were traveling with our 2.5 year old, so needed some special attention. :) Especially when we messed up one of our bookings, Erdogan was very helpful in helping us fix. Thanks to Ikram, Ogur and Mustapha also. They made our stay very enjoyable.

الموقع ممتاز الغرفه للاسف مش نظيفه فيها حشرات + واجهنا مشكله بالمكيف كان يفصل فجاه خلال وقت نومنا وطلبنا فني اليوم الثاني وقال ضبطته وكل شي اوكي بس للاسف ماتضبط.،كميه الماء بالغرفه قليل يعني كل شوي بتضطر تطلب يجيبون والجو حار جدا جدا الموظف الي وصل شناطنا للغرفه في اول وصولنا كنا متعبين جدا وهو مصر على سرد كل الي موجود بالاوتيل وضحت له انها المره الالف لي باسطنبول ومابي الاوتيل بس كان مصر بشكل غريب ومعصب بعد ليه ماجرب مطعهم غريب صراحه هههه

Spacious and clean… the furniture feels lived in and friendly. Location is strategic and has a familiarity that feels safe and comfortable.

We stayed here for five nights with our toddler and we couldn’t have asked for better service. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, accommodating and was very nice to our toddler who felt right at home. The rooms are nice and clean, the bed is insanely comfortable. The hotel has a lot of cafes and restaurants around, and so so many shops! I wish I could name every single staff member; we truly appreciate everyone who made our stay special, from the staff at the front desk always smiling, the restaurant staff who welcomed us every morning with a smile and was helpful all throughout breakfast, the housekeeping staff who were flexible to work around our son’s nap time, the bellmen team who were always helpful and arranged our transport to the airport at great value and made our check in and check out experience extremely smooth (shoutout to Ugur and Moustafa). Thank you all! Nothing.

From check in to check out it was an amazing experience! Ikram at check-in guided us through everything we might need for our stay in Istanbul. The hotel is located at a central location, easy access to everything needed to visit.

We loved our stay at the Westin, the location was wonderful, right outside a metro-station and in a very busy area with a shopping center and many restaurants nearby, though you wouldn't feel it, for the moment you step inside the Westin it's quiet and tranquil. The staff were all wonderful, with small gestures that make your stay all that more memorable, i would especially like to thank the team that took care of us: thank you Arek, Tugce, Mert, Arzu, Omer and Aeda for making our stay so comfortable
