I liked the hotel and the staff, so I extended my stay, thanks to Destansı, Ali, and the other 2 guys in the night shift, very friendly and helpful. The first time I booked the Economy room, now I moved to the standard room, both are cosy, comfortable, clean and spacious, but the standard room in the upper floor is more quieter. Complementary 2 bottles of water, kattel, tea and coffee are offered daily. Hotel is located near Osmanbey Metro station, bus stop, Lokus Center with cafes and restaurant. I recommend it. Nothing.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they speak very good English (thanks to Destans and Ali) , the hotel is well located next to Lotus complex where there are lots of cafes, also Osmanbey Metro station is connected to the Lotus, nearby there is Rumeli street with many shops, and bus station nearby. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and everything was nice and tight. You will have 2 small bottles of water daily, with kettle, coffee and tea, enjoy! The economy room is located on the ground floor near to the elevator, so you should expect an amount of noise in case you decided to book it. I stayed in it for a couple of days then moved to a standard room, because I liked the hotel, staff and location.

Perfect location walking distance to nice shopping area , restaurants and cafe’s Staff are very welcoming , decent , helpful The only obstacle that faced us is that they close the small street where the hotel is located from 10 am and they restrict cars . So the taxi has to drop us off a little bit away from the hotel

Receptionist wasn’t there when i try to check in and out. I rang the bell in order to catch their attention she was in the toilet. She screamed “coming”. Around 20minutes of waiting she came and playing on her phone. I guess she was playing on the toilet as well. When she came on a desk she didn’t check me in. She said system is not working. But down on her lab she was hiding her phone and still playing?.

Very clean. Great location. Friendly staff. The only thing is that the economic room on the ground floor is located right next to the elevator. Thus, it is a bit noisy. So, make sure before booking.
