The hotel is very clean, and the staff are extremely polite and helpful, especially Mr. Ali, who deserves to be there. Other staff members include Ms. Dila ,Kader, and Musa. The location is close to everything. Nothing

It’s nice hotel and good location

Comfortable hotel with clean rooms and good amenities. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout the stay. Convenient location near othmanby Metro Station and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The only point to consider is that the hotel is located on a steep uphill street, which may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility difficulties nothing

The hotel was very comfortable. The rooms were nice. The cleaning staff was exceptionally sweet. It was close to the metro, which makes it extremely convenient to get around to Istanbul. I chose this hotel because of the ratings / breakfast. I didn’t like the price of the breakfast. When I get the booking, I thought I chose the option for free breakfast which I did not so when I got to the hotel and inquired about the breakfast, it was gonna be an additional $20 per person per day. The spa was included however you had to make appointments and my daughter made an appointment and was five minutes late and they did not let her go even though it was clearly empty.

The location is great. The rooms were clean when you first get them. Breakfast is good. We didn’t like that the room size is falsely advertised on booking.com. They’re smaller and when asking the staff about it they made us pay 25€ extra per night to get the room size we had booked which I did complain to booking.com about. The baby bed also came without a mattress which we made work with a blanket but I think if you provide a crib it would be nice to provide a mattress for it also. The daily cleaning was ok but could’ve been better.

Excellent location, clean rooms and good breakfast but could have more variety in options. The staff were friendly, we had an issue with one of the rooms we booked and we had to change from a suite to 2 rooms but they did their best to make up for it.

I booked 1 bed king size but they put 2 bed toghter on booklng 7800 tl for example I paid 8500 for example more the guy who work there when I asked them they told me ask booking.com the staff who work at shif noght they are so rode unbelievable Staff who work at night

It was too small also the breakfast was poor not that good as Turkish breakfast as usually

The location is ideal, with easy access to all the city's major attractions. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A special thanks to Omar for his kindness in helping us with our luggage and ensuring we had a smooth experience while we explored the city before our flight.

The location is great 1 min away from the metro and bus station. The staff is very helpful and welcoming (omer, furkan and mahmud). The room is clean but a little bit tidy.

Just the location is amazing Not clean , the room is very small

Clean, well decorated, great staff, good location. The hot water was flaky and inconsistent. They need to clean or replace their shower heads.
