Very lovely and helpful stuff staff, starting with the cleaning team and ending with reception. When I arrived I was quickly checked in with no issues. I was even upgraded for free because there were a lot of rooms available in the hotel, which honestly made my stay so much better. The AC system worked well, which was a relief, and my room was overall very modern. The walls are unfortunately very thin, which is why I could hear my upper floor neighbors (who were extremely loud) all the time. The staff tried to solve the issue by speaking to them but there’s only so much you can do. There were also stains on the carpet all around my room. The room was very clean and cleaning worked very hard every day to keep it that way, but the stains were old and have not been removed which gave it a very unclean impression.

it’s better to book a taxi when leaving the hotel as it’s at a steep hill so it would be challenging to move with luggage

We had a great stay and felt that the hotel offered excellent value for the money. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water replenished daily and the slippers provided in the room. The breakfast was very good, and it was a lovely touch to have free tea and cake available throughout the day for a pleasant break. The only minor downsides were that our room was a bit dark due to its location, and the carpet could use some updating.

Materials were renovated and brand new. Large and clean shower. Some Rooms are too bad. Some windows have very bad views facing bad fecade. Carpet was too dirty. The location was bad. Poor wifi connection. Limited items in the room.

I loved the respect and welcoming behavior of every staff that I met. They kept showing their willingness to bring comfort and great experience to us. The hotel itself gave us modern vibe. Breakfast was decent enough. They did their best whenever we would ask for fresh bread during breakfast time. Everything was pretty seamless in our perspective. The only downside was a couple of stains showing up on the carpet, which seemed inevitable, at least to me.

The new facility is excellent with very friendly and welcoming staff. Everything is spotlessly clean. The street in front of the hotel has little to no traffic, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay with no noise at night. For me I like to be near to taksim street

Stayed here several times since it's opening last year and plan to do it again. Much better experience than many more expensive options. Staff is great, air conditioning is great, cleaning is great, facilities are great. If there are any problems, they are quickly solved. Steep road from a subway station and like many roads in Istanbul, not really suited for pedestrians, especially with big bags. It's just a couple of minutes but it can be a bit tricky (you'll have to deal with traffic), but doable.

Friendly and helpful service, nice interior, good air conditioning, no leaks or bad smell. Good breakfast. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, as well as baggage storing. Surely will stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, property was clean and in a great location within walking distance to anything you might need. I stayed alone for 10 days after rhinoplasty surgery and I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. I would recommend this hotel. I found the beds to be on the firm side but that is personal preference.
