We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and many of Istanbul’s main attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful, always greeting us warmly and assisting with any requests. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and well organized. Our only minor concern was an interaction with the night receptionist, who was less welcoming compared to the rest of the team. Aside from this isolated experience, the service was very good.

Breakfast could be a little bit better by providing more options.

The location, the staffs were very cooperative and helpful. The location was very close to the metro station and a lot restaurants The breakfast option is minimum, if possible you can skip it, but however worth the price.

The location is very good, and the price is excellent for the service provided. some of the facilities could use maintenance and improvement.

“It was very close to Osmanbey underground station, just a 2–3 minute walk away.” “The hotel wasn’t bad. For us, it was fine since we only used it for sleeping. The breakfast was decent, though the options were the same every day. It’s a small buffet that could use some improvement.” “The night staff member on duty was a younger man who did not seem very polite. He argued with another guest, had some difficulty communicating in English, and even threatened to call the police, which felt uncomfortable to witness. On the other hand, during the day we met an older gentleman who was very kind and welcoming, which we truly appreciated.”

Staff was exceptionally welcoming and kind, helped us troubleshoot some issues. Location of the hotel is near the Osmanbey subway station, we used the subway throughout our whole trip, without having to use a taxi a single time. There is an elevator, it’s convenient, even though we stayed on the second floor. Breakfast buffet was pretty much the same every day, but still very tasty. Drainage in the shower was a little obstructed, and the water sometimes collected on the floor. We had two different pillows, one of them was stiff and a little uncomfortable. And the windows could use a little bit of cleaning.

The room and it's facilities are good enough and there is a very polite house keeper. The young men who are responsible for the customers, are extremely rude, impolite and I was just about to leave the hotel because of their deal with me, as a university master. I will never come back to that hotel in my life.

Gentleman at the reception was amazing, he helped us get a taxi (on last day we spent all liras and wanted to pay by card witch was impossible). When you are outside of the hotel, go uphill for cafes, restaurants and shops. View was terrible, we were looking at next building backyard. Breakfast is very small and it is in the basement. Beds aren’t comfortable and everything needs a bit more attention and little more cleaning. All in all, we were satisfied because we were walking all day and just spent the night in hotel.

Hospitality was amazing.. tolgar is the kindest person I've ever met in turkey! He wanted to satisfy all our needs and was very helpful and all the other staff as well. The lady at the kitchen is amazing. The location is very near to metro station and almost near to most of the touristic places. I believe that the hotel in general needs maintainence specially for the AC because the room temperature took a whole day until it cooled down Also, the rooms need deep cleaning
