Nothing The air conditioning was very poor and sometimes didn’t work at all. The staff were unfriendly and paid little attention to the problems I experienced during my stay. In addition, the bathroom drain did not work properly, which made the stay even more uncomfortable

The staff was very friendly The room had some issues like the slow internet, shower missed the shower door, breakfast didn’t have coffee.

I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others visiting Istanbul.

Overall cleanliness really needs improvement, walls had smudges on it, lower side of bed had huge, dirty stains that looked really bad, also there was a hair in bed from previous guest I think. Fridge was really dirty too.

Very little. Only the attempt to change rooms and the acceptable location. Non-smoking rules are not enforced, with constant cigarette smoke affecting my health. Heating system does not work (only portable heaters), and WiFi is unreliable. Basic services advertised are not delivered. This is misleading and unacceptable.

Since this is a budget-friendly option, expectations should match. Breakfast was okay but could be more diverse. Street noise was an issue, even with windows closed. Sound insulation needs improvement.

I really enjoyed the Turkish breakfast every morning. It was a simple breakfast with freshly scrambled and boiled eggs, beef sausage slices, cakes, and tee/coffee. The reception staff was always smiling, greeting, and ready to help. I wished they would include fresh filtered drinking water as part of the breakfast also. And the breakfast timings should start earlier than 8 am since some guests get up much earlier for tours/activities. The internet was not the best on the 4th floor, there were good connection days and not so good days. It was hit or miss. I hope they can fix that.

Close to the metro line ( osmanbey stop). Clean and spacious room . Friendly staff .Manies restaurants cafeterias and shops around . None

My stay at the hotel was good, not excellent. When I arrived, the bathroom wasn’t clean, which made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The breakfast was very basic. The location is excellent, and the reception team was welcoming, but when I asked about local tours, they didn’t have much information. Overall, it was an okay experience.

The staff was really cooperative plus the location was really good, very close to metro station and malls.
