There was nothing good at this place, it is scam. DONT BOOK HERE This hotel is a scam I do not recommend to book with them, they will give a you a room different than what they posted on Booking. When I checked in I was given a very small room that had no windows or even a place to stand or put my luggage, I said this is not what I have paid for or reseved, I booked 25m room!, they said it not available now, and when I asked for a refund they offered me another room that slightly better than the first one but never gave the same 25m room I have booked. I totally do not recommend this hotel at all, they show nice photos of the room and you will get a dirty room that is not even made up, I found empty bottles left overs of shampoos and shower gel in the shower from the previous guest, they did not even bother to clean it. The rooms are noicy, no sound proof, you can hear the cars and the elevator moving inside the building. After I checked out, they informed Booking that I did not checked in so they don't have to pay the commission to Booking. Bottom line, stay away from this hotel no value for money or even comfort.

Great hotel in a great location. Delightful and helpful staff (especially Khadija!). Loved the location close to lots of action in Fatih. Room was nice with a balcony view onto the lively streets. Breakfast in the morning was great in the top floor cafe with its lovely views. Occasionally people smoking in the cafe (including staff) made eating breakfast there unpleasant. One of our rooms was much too small to fit the two twin beds squeezed into it. One of our rooms had essentially no drawers or dresser for unpacking our clothes.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was nice. The staff were wonderful!! Very very nice and very responsive. They helped us book a taxi multiple times and they answered all our questions

Amazing staff, excellent location, very clean, best WiFi, very nice hotel and close to anywhere, good size rooms, I really liked the hotel and will go there again. Don’t look to other places just book you not be disappointed. Regards
