Great location and friendly staff

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. First and foremost, the location is fantastic! Nestled in the heart of the old city, it offers easy access to major attractions, dining options, and public transportation. Whether you’re looking to explore local sights or enjoy a night out, you couldn’t ask for a better spot. The service is truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. While the rooms may not be the largest I’ve encountered, they are incredibly well-designed and thoughtfully arranged. Everything is utilized effectively, without feeling cramped. I also want to highlight the breakfast offered at the hotel, featuring a good variety of options. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines a prime location, exceptional service, and clean well-designed rooms, this is definitely the place to stay. It would be nice to have ice available as well as stronger coffee. Turkish coffee would be great.

1) Close to the city centre; 2) Everyday cleaning service; 3) Receptionists and ladies in the kitchen are very polite; 4) Safe area. 1) it is overrated, it is definitely not 4-stars; 2) towels to be changed; 3) fridge is not functioning; 4) room is VERY small; 5) keys are matching different rooms; 6) there is no any map, pen, pencil, what is usually available in “4 stars”; 7) terrace was closed, no any other facilities except the room.

Room and hotel generally was very clean, comfortable, modern. Room cleaned every day, towels changed every day. Very polite staff, especially the breakfast ladies and absolutely excellent location - 3 minutes to Metro station, 3 minutes to tram station. For the money we paid it was absolutely excellent value. As good as the hotel is for money you pay it must be openly said this cannot be classified as 5 star hotel. Its clean and nice, but its simply not a top class hotel, breakfast is very basic and if you stay for more than 2 nights you will have a problem what to choose from breakfast offering. Also sound insulation between the rooms and from the street is not the best.

Breakfast was great. Ladies making the breakfast were so nice and lovely, they made us feel warmly welcomed. Cozy and comfortable hotel, good location close-by main sights and hospitable staff.

We enjoyed the stay at the hotel very much. The position is great and I've had one of the best sleeps in their beds. The room was cleaned every day and we had a nice view. I was expecting a bigger balcony, as I could not describe what we had as such. Also, the breakfast could be more varied from day to day.

A very charming hotel in an excellent location — just about a 7-minute walk to the nearest tram station and around 15 minutes on foot to the magnificent Süleymaniye Mosque and the famous Grand Bazaar. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Cleanliness was truly impressive — the room was spotlessly cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily, which made the stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was served on the 6th floor, offering a tasty selection and a pleasant start to the day. All in all, a top-notch experience: unbeatable location, outstanding hospitality, excellent cleanliness, and great value for money. Highly recommended!

Location Friendly kitchen staff 1. there’s no ramp for luggage, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs, which was quite inconvenient 2. the housekeeping service was disappointing. The cleanser didn’t clean the room properly, and there was one day when she completely skipped cleaning. We were left without drinking water, fresh towels, or toiletries. When we brought this up with the reception, the man at the desk seemed annoyed rather than helpful.

The location was excellent, lots of restaurants and shops nearby as was the tram, which took me to the heart of the historic city in just three tram stops. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. My room was delightful, clean and with a Juliet balcony. Nothing, everything was excellent.

really really friendly service! the front desk/manager is always very helpful and let us store our baggage At the front desk for no additional price for as long as we wanted because the desk is staffed 24/7, he also let us stay In the lobby for a few hours while we waited for our bus to cappadocia, the room was clean and breakfast was scrumptious and had variety and was fairly healthy as well, the women who made us breakfast were very welcoming and made us omelettes to go with the already plentiful n/a

The room had a very strong sewer odor that permeated the entire room. I left the window open the entire time trying to vent out the odor to no avail.

Very clean and very spacious room,bed linen is changed every day,as well as towels ! The dining room is very clean and there are two incredibly nice ladies working there who greet you when you arrive at the table with a smile on their faces all the time!! They prepare an amazing omelette for you the spot! At the reception you can make coffee 24/24 !! The gentlemen at the reception are very nice,ready to help you with anything! Everything is perfect at this hotel! I liked everything!!

The breakfast was very good, also the staff of breakfast was very good, the gentleman at the reception I didn't remember his name, hi wasn't very good sure I will come again..The housekeeping every day kline the room THENK YOU EVERYBODY.....

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would especially like to praise the kitchen staff, who are always smiling and ready to assist. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only suggestion would be to make the breakfast a bit more diverse. Overall, a great hotel and definitely worth recommending! Everything was ok :)
