Oran Hotel

I like the staff service, very helpful at any time! The SPA was super nice, the location is prime. Recepetion reachable at any time and helpful. In general, the Hotel was clean and organized. The fridge in the room was broken, the hair dryer stopped working all of a sudden, the staff gave us a replacemenet. The room was a bit smaller than expected, and the double bed size was not realistic, around 150-160cm. I would like more variety and better quality of food for breakfast.

The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Talking in Arabic, English and Turkish which was amazing. respond very fast, so clean place and so near to the tram and metro stations. The room is well equipped and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very nice and the toilets are so clean. Overall I had a blast with my stay in Oran hotel. Nothing at all

The hotels location is great. Rooms are slightly smaller than they appear (triple room)

Th staff was really kind, especially Eyüp. He gave me couple of advices about the best route to the airport and helped to prepare the sandwich for my breakfast, although I left the hotel at around 6 am. I also liked the style of the bar. The cleanliness and newness of the bathroom left much to be desired.

the breakfast was satisfactory, roof top location pleasant. they can improve on the quality of the omelette a simple dish to master. staff was helpful. staff a reception very helpful NO arrangement was done to collect me at the airport even if it was in the package. first impression is very important for all clients. i will not be using your facility for my next holiday.

In one word, their staff are very good. Especially the reception staff are very helpful. Among them, I must mention Mr. Eyub. He is an outstanding person. Overall, I am satisfied with them.

The breakfast could be better.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was excellent—very clean and comfortable, with a great bed and mattress. The location is also perfect, with both the metro and tram stops just a 1–2 minute walk away. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and the stay was smooth from start to finish. I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to a metro station (M2). Within a 5-minute walk there is a tram line (T1), and nearby there is also a bus stop served by several lines. The area is safe and lively, even late at night. There are always people around, restaurants are open or closing late, and you can feel safe walking around. We stayed during the New Year holidays, and the streets were constantly full of people, which added to the overall atmosphere. The staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful, especially the reception team, always willing to assist. The hotel also has a spa center, which we did not use, but we were offered access to it. Rooms are cleaned daily, with regular refills of water, sweets, coffee and tea. The price is reasonable for what you get, around 130 EUR per night for three people with breakfast included. Breakfast is the same every day, but there is a wide variety of food. You can also order eggs or omelets prepared fresh by the chef. Breakfast is served until 10:00 AM, which is convenient if you want to sleep a bit longer. It is served on the 8th floor and offers a nice view. Sound insulation is very good, which can often be a problem in Istanbul hotels. There is no noise from other rooms. Only some noise can be heard if guests are louder in the hallway near the elevators, but the room and bathroom insulation is good. There are several reasonably priced restaurants near the hotel. There is also one restaurant that is more expensive, but we do not recommend it, as the food quality was not good. . The only small downside was the limited space and number of hangers for clothes. Our room faced the back of the hotel, where there was a small construction site, but it did not disturb us at all.

The location is very good . The staff is super friendly . The reception is quite helpful. I highly recommend it for family with kids. The cleaning crew are amazing . The kitchen and restaurant crew is definitely your second family showing their best care. Only one thing as everyone knows that is handle sprayer bidet or Handheld bidet is essential hygiene as proofed in the last 5 years , by the way all turkey ?? doesn’t seem to use it by far, and the bathroom ventilation is not superb

People were very nice. We stayed 10 days and we were treated like family. Hali’s and Eyyup were exceptional. When we arrived our room had small problem with water pressure. Without any hesitation they moved us into another room. Breakfast was great.

The room needs a little maintenance and was a little loud. We could easily hear noises outside and in other rooms. Also didn't like that the wifi wasn't password protected and didn't use it because of that.
