This was our third stay at this hotel, and once again it exceeded all of our expectations! We stayed in the Corner Suite for three nights, and it was absolutely incredible. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and the Jacuzzi was amazing—the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff was warm, professional, welcoming, and attentive from check-in to check-out. Every interaction made us feel valued, and the level of hospitality was outstanding. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an excellent restaurant, a fantastic rooftop area, a stylish bar, and a wonderful hookah lounge. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxing, making it a great place to unwind in the evenings. The location couldn’t be better. It’s surrounded by great restaurants, attractions, and a wonderful community, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We loved our stay so much that we’re already returning in just one week for another two-night stay! That alone says how much we enjoy this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, outstanding service, and an unbeatable location. 10/10 in every category. We can’t wait to come back! Everything was amazing!

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions and public transportation. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety every morning. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making our stay very comfortable Nothing. Everything met our expectations, and we had a great experience

The room was spacious, quiet, and beautiful! Inci, the main employee in the restaurant, started the day with a warm smile and took extra care to make me feel welcomed. She was delightful. The front desk staff was a bit cold and never smiled. They didn’t act like they liked their life. :-(

I had a wonderful stay at AHC Old City Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating—especially when we had concerns about our initial lower-level room. They quickly addressed it and made sure we were comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent; fresh towels and clean sheets were provided every morning without fail. The team was also very responsive and attentive—there was even a night when we needed urgent assistance, and they handled it promptly and professionally. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They were always smiling, welcoming, and consistently checked in to see if we needed anything, which made the experience feel very warm and personal. Breakfast was another highlight—served daily from 7–10 AM with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Extravagant views of Istanbul and amazing staff who assisted to provide silverware and or assistance as needed. The hotel is located on a busy street, so it can get a bit lively, but the windows do a great job of minimizing noise when closed. We found the rooms to be quiet overall and had no issues with disturbances. Lastly, the 7th-floor restaurant and hookah lounge was absolutely beautiful. The view alone makes it worth visiting, and it was a perfect spot to relax. It is definitely higher end but I would say 100% worth it for the experience. We overall walked to nearby stores but mainly had to use taxi or Metro to get to our locations which were about half hour with traffic. We also highly recommend the restaurant Chef Murad which was around the corner and had amazing dishes. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service, comfort, and atmosphere—I would definitely stay here again!
