The pool, beach and the breakfast ? Our experience at the Crowne Plaza Antalya was deeply disappointing and fell completely short of what you expect from a supposed five-star hotel. ​From the start, the room had major functional issues. Most of the power outlets didn't work at all, even after trying the wall switches. Worse, there were no universal USB or international power outlets to charge our devices. For an international brand, making guests pay a deposit just to get an adapter to charge standard American electronics is ridiculous. ​We also faced zero flexibility and poor value regarding dining. Since we were checking out early and would miss the breakfast we paid for (€10 per person for two adults and two kids), we asked if we could swap it for dinner instead. They refused, so we ended up paying extra for the more expensive dinner option—which turned out to be a massive disappointment. Dinner is supposed to be more expensive with far more options than breakfast, but this dinner buffet was shockingly cheap. It literally only consisted of a single chicken dish and a beef stew, with the rest being just basic salads, fruit, and bread. There were zero kid-friendly options, so our children couldn't eat, and to make matters worse, my wife got stomach sickness afterward. We ended up having to go out and eat at MEXONELLA just to get a proper meal. ​The safety and service issues were the most alarming. The elevator malfunctioned while we were inside—it felt like it was free-falling before coming to a violent, jerky stop. When we called the front desk for help, the response was completely indifferent. We felt unsafe, and no one even bothered to offer an apology for the terrifying experience. ​To top it all off, getting proper rest was impossible. The mattress was hard as a rock, and the soundproofing in the room is practically non-existent—we could hear all the noise from outside throughout the night.

Ayrıca onlet vs vs tarzı yiyecekler maalesef soğuk servis edildi. 2- Giris yaptigimizda bize verilen oda da bazi problemler vardi. (Klozet vs.) Ertesi gun teknik servisin gelip düzeltileceğini soylediler ya da oda değisimi yapabiliriz diye bir secenek sundular. Ertesi gun ise teknik servis gelmedi oda degisimi istedigimizde ise yapamam diyen bir resepsiyonist hanimefendiyle karsilastik. Sonrasında ise degisikligi yaptilar.

It was very centric hotel. We booked it because it was about 15 min walk to the grand bazar

The staff (both concierges, front desk, cleaning staff) were absolutely fantastic! The location is very central, but very busy and hectic, too. Cleanliness. The hotel needs a major renovation. The AC hasn’t been cleaned in a while, the bathroom was kind of gross (just needs major renovation, too). The breakfast is very poor in choice. Nothing like the pictures.

Amazing location near to the historical Sultanahmet area ,spacious room , breakfast amazing and staff were very friendly and helpful especially Chaimaa she was very helpful and attentive to our inquiries,highly recommend.

Management fault is to hire men at cleaning, they were trying, but couldn't do women job. The light management in the room was awful. Worst ever

We loved everything about this hotel, the location, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast on the rooftop and attentive staff. Our children really enjoyed the pool after a long hot day of sightseeing. We like everything about the hotel and almost didn’t book because of some of the negative reviews, but I am glad that we did! We had a wonderful time and rested sleep.

The overall service The buffet food could have been better in quality of the deli, prepared omelets, breads, pastries, coffee, etc

Smell bad , they over booked the hotel and didnt hsd a room for us , the bed mattress is horrible and brealfast was bad too.

Great location ,good service and a kings rooms

I am happy with selection of this hotel . This hotel is extremely well located in "old" Istanbule . It is 2 min walk from M@ metro , 7 min walk fro T1 tram ( which takes you to the most important site in Istanbule ) , and about 18 min walk for Havaist bus stop ( direct bus to the airport- use #12 bus which goes to Aksaray Metro station). A good breakfast was served every morning . There is a good restaurant Chef Murad 2 min walk from the hotel . I will recommend to everybody to stay in this hotel unless you are looking for super upscale hotel then look somewhere else.

Old historical building inside and outside, swimming pools, roof top bar, amazing view from roof Very disappointed with the breakfast. Very trivial, no choose of dishes. defensively doesn't represent 5 star hotel Most important that the breakfast served during two hours only (from 8am to 10 am), the breakfast area is too small, very crowed and noisy. Not enjoyable at all.
