Ideally situated with great staff and spotlessly clean

Location perfect. Room good enough. Showers insane. Breakfast. Literally all you need is there and then some more. Price vs value: I’d say okiish, bit on the pricey side but worth it. Facilities like pool and fitness/gym are very limited, keep you expectation either to low or non.

It was very loud at nights. Music from outside was loud. You can hear everything going on in the neighbours rooms. Showers were fixed without the possibility to move the head. The pool was too deep and the jacuzzi was as cold as the pool.

Trying to sleep with a window open to multiple night parties, or an AC pointed directly at the beds.

The front desk staff and cleaning crews were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included, and the workers in the dining area were kind and attentive except their supervisor very. I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and unfortunately, I had several issues that negatively affected my stay. First, I want to highlight the positive aspects: The front desk staff and cleaning crews were very nice and helpful. The breakfast staff were also friendly and attentive. However, the supervisor overseeing the breakfast area was a major drawback—he had very poor communication skills, spoke no second language, and showed no experience in customer service or problem-solving. Honestly, the team working under him seemed far more qualified to hold his position. Now, the biggest issue: the air conditioning. When I booked this hotel, AC was one of the key amenities promised—but from day one, it didn’t work properly. The technicians were kind and tried their best, but despite multiple efforts, the problem was never resolved. I had to move from one room to another, dragging luggage each time, and on one night I even had to go to the front desk at 2 AM just to complain about the lack of AC. They gave me a temporary room to sleep in for the night, but my luggage had to stay behind—extremely inconvenient and disruptive, especially when you’re on vacation and trying to rest after long days in the heat. The staff admitted that the AC units are old and need replacement, but this is not something guests should discover after checking in. I was especially upset because I had booked a two-week stay at this hotel specifically for the amenities listed. Eventually, I had to escalate the issue to the general manager, who initially tried to offer me smaller rooms than the one I had paid for—which wasn’t acceptable given the amount of luggage I had. It was only after I insisted on speaking with the owner that I was offered a suite on the fifth floor, which finally matched the standard of a four-star hotel. That suite had working AC and the amenities I expected.

Plasent stay and value of money, clean and comfortable

Every thing is best at this place— modern clean rooms, great breakfast and awesome restaurant All was good

The staff were all very courteous and attentive. The breakfast was stupendous. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the old town, but if you don't want to walk, a direct tram line is nearby. The light switches were hidden behind our pillows and were also very temperamental. The terrace bar was closed. The WiFi connectivity was poor.

I don’t think it is a 4 stars hotel at all if you are considering the quality of facilities that was provided there. There were a lot of flies in the room. I booked for a superior suite but I don’t see it’s a suite in any aspects?

Superb

Breakfast was excellent - in particular the spinach flatbreads made to order where just too good. Slightly disappointed that the rooftop wasn't open as yet - but then again it is still quite early in the year

Got a free upgrade, because of the weather The front office staff charged my credit card 2 times for the rent on the day one [usual] on the day we checkout [!!]

Disappointing

The Hotel Is very nice, including the SpA Area and the Breakfast. Only the Hamam is very expensive, but the prices are that hight in the whole city so I did not take advantage of it. The personnel is very nice. I particularly would like to thank Mr Umet from the reception desk who helped me with all my questions and wishes. This hotel is definitely worth a staying

Exceptional

Everything was nice. The people working in the hotel are all very polite and helpful.

Location The room had flies when we checked in. I killed three of them myself. Later also, on and off you would find flies in the room.
