I know this hotel since 4 years , the location and staff are good The hotel has started to deteriorate. Many things are broken, the internet doesn’t work, and the owners aren’t spending anything on repairs. It’s going from bad to worse.

I felt safe here. I liked the staff. The AirCon worked great. I had the top floor with the terrace and it was lovely hanging out up there. It's definitely the best value in this price range. You cannot beat the location. This hotel is in the heart of the town, and there are no cars on the streets here. Everything you could need is right there around you. There are many many pubs, restaurants and shops all around. You can walk the town, you can walk to the busses and ferry dock in less than 5 minutes. There's a Starbucks with a rooftop terrace 4 minutes walk away. I stayed on the European side by the ferry dock also on this trip and I didn't enjoy it nearly as much as Kadikoy. The people who run it speak a little English, so that's nice.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Kadıköy, surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Just a short walk to the ferries and metro, which made getting around Istanbul super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room matched the photos perfectly and was surprisingly quiet given the central location. The only downside was that the room could have been cleaned more frequently during my stay.

Very good location, close to Merto and Kadikoy ( walkable about 3-4 mins ) Not a negative side but just as a note , the lift is on 1fl not entrance, so if you have heavy luggage it might be difficult to lift

The location of the hotel is amazing!

Room was clean There was no wifi during my 4 nights stay. My next door was too noisy and reception did not speak English. So it was hard to communicate.

Nice and comfortable and clean. The light in the room was either very, very bright or a very dull night light. The bathroom soon didn't shut or lock properly.
