We only liked Nesibiye because she was very bright and helpful. She was always there to help us if needed Once we had arrived after our long journey, we got told that our breakfast had been cancelled, which we should have been informed earlier so we could find a new hotel that would serve us breakfast as we booked safir hotel thinking we'd get breakfast. Our room was also cleaned once throughout our stay, which was a day after arrival. We was also placed into a room where the ceiling was falling apart onto us whilst we was in bed, which was very dangerous. The rooms also had no plug sockets inserted in the wall, so we had to get an extension. We also didn't receive towels or shampoos, etc. Unfortunately we also had one dull light that was working and had no cover over it, another issue was the water in the sink was very slow and a very small amount. Nesibye was a great help she was the only one who spoke English and could communicate with us excellently, the male at the desk was also good help at certain times. This has been our worst experience with hotels and we have been visiting twice a year since 2007.

Nothing I stayed at a hotel in Istanbul booked through Booking.com, and it was an absolute nightmare. The hotel staff were incredibly rude, the room was completely different from the pictures, and I ended up with a severe eye infection due to unsanitary conditions. Despite staying for 11 days, we weren’t provided with fresh towels, and the hotel charged us extra for basic amenities like internet and towels, which they didn’t even provide properly. There were days without electricity, and the elevator was out for the last three days, forcing us to leave two days early. Absolutely unacceptable experience—Booking.com needs to review their listings more carefully!

Nothing to say The staff was horrible and the room wasn’t as I expected, the change the price over night , and even change the plan with no reasonable reason , completely the worst experience I had , I expected even an apology but they were rude with me and my husband …

The room was not small and the air conditioner was so good for cold one. 1/ It was not clean especially the WC and the sink was broken. 2/ The blanket was so dirty. 3/ the WiFi is so so bad. 4/ there was elevator for only 1&2nd floor but for 3rd one there wasn’t . 6/ one of the night when i was there for 2 hours there wasn’t electricity that point was so bad. 7/ in the end i don’t go again ?
