Shower very good and toilet Carpet I don’t like carpets they smell

Staff is uncooperative, they don’t respond to messages and when you call they say they can’t do anything for you

Good hotel Bed bugs are very bad

It was great for the price. The bathroom and toilet were clean. The environment inside the hotel was calm. Room service was updated every day. The pillow and bed cover were not clean and had stains. The smell of smoke was from the air conditioner system. It didn't have its own parking lot and the car park in front of the hotel was always full.

Location. Basic hotel. Need to change the floor carpet.

Staff were supportive. Cleaning was good. Breakfast was little weak.

Clean room, comfortable beds, a bathroom with all the required stuff. Helpful and friendly staff. Early breakfast, which is important when you need to check out in the morning. The street itself is pretty quiet, but the room isn't quite soundproof.

Location was very central but noisy breakfast was very basic we asked for a room overlooking Ataturk airport and before travelling told of course they have no rooms facing airport we were totally misled want compensation as this was requested and was very important to us as Avid Aviation Enthusiasts always want view of airport approach or runway watched planes for over 50 years!!and my request was confirmed by hotel would like £50off our next booking or credited to my account very disappointed would not stay there again await your reply re my request for compensation James Rose very good customer of yours see forthcoming bookings. nothing. very over priced hotel. the noise from the outside road was horrendous, the breakfast was very limited and repeated on a daily basis. one of the staff on reception didn’t have clue on calling a taxi , getting an iron in the room, on arrival the female staff didn’t advise us on breakfast timings or location of where the breakfast would be, the location of the hotel was very misleading as it was in a very noisy one was street. on night there was Evan a massive argument on the road below, this could be heard from all along the road. at times the hotel staff didn’t know where any main attractions were. I wrote messages 3 days in a row asking questions before my arrival , I was never contacted, I had to message booking.com to get involved to find information for the questions I had. this hotel is so basic and is never worth the money that I paid , I even tried to change my booking o. the first night, but booking.com had nothing else available. all the staff spoke very limited English.

The receptionist is unhelpful, the breakfast is simple and poor, the smell of smoke is very strong in the rooms, the music from the opposite bar is very loud until late at night, it is very difficult to find parking Not recommended !
