Hotel is nice, close to the attractions. You have everything around the corner… the owner is helpful and kind. The best was Hasan, he is very helpful with everything you need. He makes excellent vacations. Good breakfast and service. They help you with taxi. Whatever you need is no problem. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I will return for sure…

Only location is good .. Room very small and unable to offer for triple bed … very tight position … no tea jug and tea was available in Room and over all experience is very bad .

The hotel's location was perfect, I had easy access to the city's historical and touristic places. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the beds were comfortable and the room decoration was very nice. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they helped me with everything. The breakfast was very tasty and varied, I started the day with fresh and delicious food every morning. The hotel's garden was very beautiful, it was an ideal environment to relax and spend time. I recommend Senyor Garden Hotel to everyone, I had an unforgettable stay.

nothing can tell about his hotel is way far from hotel standards . this hotel is a piece of garbage. I got a room with a security exits door inside the room. Inside the room?? Is this acceptable? Also there is huge stains on the ceiling like an old leaking and the room smells a cigarette. The worst experience ever faced in my life and worst hotel I’ve ever seen. nothing inside or outside the room related to hotel standards

As we arrived to check in the receptionist can’t speak English. The communication was really disappointing. The receptionist can’t tell us witch exactly room we had and he don’t even checked our booking number. After that the receptionist took the keys and show us 3 different rooms…. We was trying to told him that we want this exact room witch we booked on booking.com - but after long “conversation “ he show/ told us that someone is ALREADY IN OUR BOOKED ROOM SLEEPING !!! It was around 11:00 pm we was tired after looong flight we took different room with small window in dirty bad and room. We was really sad and disappointed that we paid for something what we can’t have. The whole situation was really unpleasant. We don’t recommend this Hotel at all! We wrote the ours opinions on google maps - the answer from the senyor Hotel was really passive aggressive.

fantastic service at the hotel,from management to staff,ideal location to all the toursit resorts,easy access to public transport staff and management very hostible,would go above and beyond to help,any situation. example id give is my daughter left her belongings,and she was devastated as we had a transfer provided by hotel management to get us from hotel to Istanbul airport,as we was travelling in a family we lost count of baggage on arriving to airport we realised we left one bag at hotel,staff went out of way to come deliver it to us Big heart.

Location For our stay we booked 3 rooms. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there was a malfunction in the hotel and they could only offer us a room for 6 people for the first evening, and then the next day they would offer us 2 more rooms. This did not happen until after long negotiations with the owner and the receptionist. In one of the rooms offered, they didn't even clean up after previous customers. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms dirty, the sheets and towels dirty, everything was very bad. Unfortunately, we were not the only ones in this situation, there were two other groups of tourists with the same problem. Do not stay at this hotel.
