We stayed here with our two young children (a 5-year-old and a toddler) and had a very pleasant stay based primarily on the location. The hotel is right next to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Sultanahmet tram stop. You truly cannot beat this location for sightseeing! Our room was clean, and the hospitality was wonderful. We arrived for a very late check-in around 2:00 AM, and the lady at the front door was incredibly kind and welcoming, even though she didn't speak English. We did not notice street noise at night like other guests. However, families should note that the amenities are very basic. There is no elevator (which can be tough with heavy suitcases and strollers), and the room does not include a hot water kettle, coffee maker, microwave, iron, or complimentary water. No breakfast but so many restaurants right beside hotel. Also, keep in mind that they only accept physical payment cards (no contactless/phone payments). If you are looking for a clean, affordable, and perfectly central spot to explore Istanbul and don't mind the stairs, this is a great choice!

The bathroom door doesn’t close properly so you constantly have to prop it open with your butt when using the sink, there is insufficient sink space, and just weird spacing in the room overall. The person on shift at nice did not speak English at all as she is Russian, I’m not sure whether she speaks Turkish but we had an issue with the AC and heaters in the room and we did not sleep at all the first night because it was too warm. They will give you an AC remote and other things (bag weight machine) upon request but they should offer this upfront in my opinion.

The property is amazing, it is a family owned buisness, and I’m all for supporting family businesses. The staff are the family members and they are amazing. They helped us in so many ways. The property is neat, well organized, and has everything you need. The only thing that i have comments on is the noise, if you take a room facing the streets, u will be hearing the noise, BUT they will tell you about this, however we decided to take the room with a view to the streets . They are completely honest. They can improve of course, but to improve their services they need ur support. Also they don’t provide shower gels and tooth brush so make sure u bring with you. They do provide soap and shampoos

Everything was great, just the neighborhood was a bit noisy.

Very nice place to stay and reasonable price

The family that owns the property is super hospitable, and always doing what they can to make you feel at home. They give you sound advice about traveling around, and are so generous to always offer you some tea from their shop next-door. The air conditioner worked great, the water pressure was adequate and the water temperature was nice and warm. There is no elevator so you will have to walk upstairs. Also just downstairs if you’re facing the street is a restaurant/bar and at night they can be a little loud, so we just used a white noise app and were able to sleep fine without hearing them. Very convenient to all the popular tourist areas to see. The metro was also nearby and we used it the whole time. Always felt safe in the area, even coming home later. I think some of the rooms may allow smoking, and you could smell cigarettes in the hallway sometimes.

Well located and clean. Can be a little noisy because the rooms are busy area with the bars and restaurants.

Quite clean, close to Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque. Shower is big and has a good water pressure. beside for the check-in with a person that didn't speak english, never saw any staff at any time of day or night - not even for the check-out that we did on our own. There was no one to attend the counter and ask for information. Street is extremely loud early in the morning and late night and the bed is discomfortable. Towels were never changed in 4 nights of stay (and no one to ask for it) and the cleaning staff decided to spread over a table to dry since all hangings are broken in the bathroom.

Excellent location and friendly staff. They were always happy to help whenever we needed anything There was no shelf in the bathtub for shower gel or soap, but it was such a minor issue. I believe they have already fixed it.

the owner was great very kind and chilled, the location was fab right in the heart of sultanahmet very close walk to blue mosque and hagia sophia, and loads of restaurants around and it was super clean and bathroom was nice stayed on the third floor and there was no lift, the bed was super uncomfortable my partner did not sleep for most of the stay and the shops outside were way too much and caused so much hassle walking past them everyday

Price is more than acceptable,if you compare with what you get. I would recommend definitely to everyone, especially ones that likes to have all of touristics attractions near accomodation. The room seems just re-decorated, very new, super clean and quiet, staff are so kind, friendly and helpful, English are fluent, no barriers for communication. The location can walked to SultanAmet, Hogia Sofia Mosque, Yerebatan, police man everywhere, safe and convenient! The restaurant under the hotel have nice hookah and Turkish tea, and the next door there's one shop sell some beautiful and high quality carpet and coffee tea pod. No

One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location. It is in the centre of the old town, 5 minutes walk from the main attractions. Another advantage is the people who run the hotel: friendly and always ready to help. It is a good place to stay and relax. This is a four-storey building with no elevator and steep steps. It was ok for me, but can be unsuitable for some people.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to many attractions, making it easy to explore Istanbul. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was quite small, which made it feel a bit cramped. Also, there was a lot of noise at night from the busy street with many restaurants and bars nearby, which may be expected in such a lively area.

Great location, couple of minutes walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi. Tram stop is also nearby. The room was good - small but very cozy, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, fridge. Also, the hotel has a roof terrace with an access for anyone staying in the hotel. It was nice to take some food takeaway and enjoy the dinner with the great view. The staff was nice and spoke English very well. Very pleasant stay.
