Amazing host Washroom has some problems with the faucets

I booked the property at least one week in advance through Booking.com. However, when I arrived at the hotel with my family, we were given a completely different room—approximately 14 square meters—despite having booked a 37 square meter room with a kitchen. When I asked about the room I had reserved, the staff simply said it was not available. This was highly misleading, as the information on Booking.com did not reflect the actual situation. At around 11:30 PM, with two kids, I was forced to search for another hotel because it was impossible for us to stay in such a small room. The most disappointing part was that, instead of trying to resolve the issue, the staff told me to cancel the booking. But at least I was not charged because they accept the cancellation.

The whole story about the hotel is a scamThe hotel probably doesn't even have a license to operate. The rooms were not like the pictures, if you rebel they will probably call the rest of the family to beat you up. No way to this hotel, no way. Worst experience ever.

Location is good. No smell issues unlike in other places in the area. Had to wait to check in even though I had requested to check in at 12 noon on Booking.com. But it's not a big deal.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. They were facilitating everything the whole time I think it needs to be a bit more hygienic

The hosts are very nice, making this experience more fun. Also the location was very good, allowing us to explore how and where Turkish families live:)

Comfortable beds, great location St. Sophia's Mosque is very near, also other food facilities. Little space in the room but okay

Nothing the room was too small even for one person , we choose a room with king bed , we got two beds sticked together, we tried to flip the mattress we found a rat ! then escaped out from unknown slot! , broken bed at all! , there is no toothpaste, no tissues, small bath towel, they offer us for a room service, we rejected to do so , after we left the room for 8 hours , we went back and found that they entered the room and we discovered that when we found the other copy of the key! no telephone in the room , no reception, you can't feel safe in that location!

This was an excellent stay at a very reasonable price point. The location is great, near many tourist destinations. The staff are all fantastic and friendly. Especially the manager Azat who is very friendly, helpful, accommodating with any issues or requests we had. And we think he is also very handsome :) The family restaurant below served great food and breakfast and as well had excellent service. Our group and I highly recommend this stay! If we come back to Istanbul, we’d love to stay here again. The hotel rooms and facilities are older but the stay is still very much worth it for its price point.

Disappointing

We stayed in a quadriplet room and were very happy with it! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with two large double beds and one single bed—perfect for up to 5 people. The location is excellent—everything is close by. There’s a lovely restaurant downstairs and a great place for Turkish breakfast right next door. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. However, there were a few issues that need attention. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet seat lid wouldn’t stay open, which was quite annoying. Also, the holder for the shower head was broken. These are small things that could be fixed in 15 minutes, but unfortunately, they weren’t. We also requested a side lamp as the main light was too bright, but were told they couldn’t provide one. These minor details make a difference in comfort, and I hope they will be addressed for future guests. Overall, a good stay with just a few improvements needed.

The location was good, close to some touristic places and the public transportation. The staff was kind. I booked the room with balcony but when we arrived we’ve been told that the room is occupied and we stayed in a very small room for two nights and only then we could move to the room which we booked since the beginning. I don’t think that prices for both rooms were the same because the first one was really tiny and even the facilities weren’t in a good condition as in our originally booked room which was much bigger (+balcony). I think staff should warn about this kind of thing in advance, not at the same day we arrived.

I liked that the location was great and the stuff super friendly which made the stay very well worth it. Very cozy and worth the money. If you are visiting Istanbul and need a cozy place well worth it. Everything was good
