24 saat açık olan resepsiyon ekibi son derece sıcakkanlı ve yardımcıydı, her konuda destek oldular. Odalar biraz küçük olsa da temiz, konforlu ve bu fiyata sunulan hizmete göre gerçekten çok iyi bir fiyat/performans oranı var. First of all, as soon as I got to the property were greeted with tea and cookies, staff were helpful and can speak both english and russian. Room was nice, with a balcony, AC, nothing looked rundown and stay was extremely comfortable, it’s in a good area, short walk to the sea shore and park and couple stores around for shopping

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great too, close to public transport.

The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options.

Although this Hotel is small but it has a perfect Location. it’s Near in Yenkapi Metro Station connecting from Metro Stations and Istanbul Airport. Near to Tram station Boat port and All convenient store. All Staff are Very Friendly and caring. Very approvable, We stayed for 3 nights and I highly Recommend this Hotel. None

Well the owner Mister Mehmet was very friendly and kind! His all staff was also very nice! Mister Mehmet helped us about our transport issue so I'm thankful! ? The room was mostly clean and comfy! Also The room came with prayer items! the bathroom was tiny and sometimes the hot water was lacking.

It was not clean and the bedsheets were too old.

The room and bathroom were small, but I believe that’s quite normal for hotels in the city center. The facilities show a little wear from use, but everything was functional. There’s a small market right next to the hotel and plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very handy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I communicated in Turkish, but they can speak some English as well, and they were always helpful. They kindly looked after my bags after my late check-out, which I really appreciated. During my week-long stay, I had a pleasant experience and found it to be a great value for the price. Thank you to Huseyn and the rest of the team for the warm hospitality! The hot water can sometimes take a few minutes to warm up, especially if many people are using it at the same time. At those times, the water may be warmer than hot.

It's small and it is not for roreigners .Nobody can speak English, and the hotel is mostly for local travelers

The hotel is close to metro and bus station. The room was a bit small, but the overall experience is excellent.

i like the hotel , quit and no noise arround , stuff was very intelligent , the room was clean . also the hotel near from all market and tourism places and shops.

The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. They changed our room to a one we liked without additional costs. There is no restaurant in the hotel. However there are many cafes and restaurants around the hotel.
