The neighbourhood isn’t the prettiest but it’s very lively. Also, one of the sheer curtains fell down and the toilet seat cover wouldn’t really stay up, but all in all it was a good stay!

Close to Taksim main area. Clean. Comfortable beds. Amazing value for money. Allowed us to check in very early which was much appreciated. The area is undergoing construction so the streets/alleys to get to the hotel were unpaved and not appealing. However we did not feel unsafe despite the appearance of our surroundings.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great with an easy check-in process. The bedding could have been cleaner, and there was an unpleasant smell in the washroom despite it looking clean. Also, there was some noise coming from the lift, which was a bit disturbing since my room was in the basement.

AVOID AT ANY COST!!!! The reviews are most likely faked. Where to start? It is not a hotel, but a hostel type of accommodation. The price is rather high for this type of accommodation and the room did not look at all like in the pictures. If you check the map on the iPhone, it says that it's permanently closed (????). The taxi left us at the Taksim Square, not driving us to the hotel, saying smtg no pass....the receptionist was checking every 1/2 hour where are we, although we contacted the reception after landing saying that our flight was late, and it will take some time to get there... The accommodation is in the rather small street, and you pass the ladies of the night and through the construction site and dirt. The area is rather shady, and there was no street light when we arrived. You go downhill in the unlit street and then go left on the unlit construction site to get to your street. We were totally shocked when we saw a cab our last morning picking up some other occupants. The room was supposed to be a luxury room, but...it missed the headboard to the bed, there was no balcony, the lock on French doors was broken and cold air was coming through, the lock was used to stop the windows from closing, curtains were not ironed, the room was totally cold when we arrive although they knew we were coming and actually the flight was late so enough time to heat it,the impression was that they put together that room out of some extra furniture, because parts of bed were not fitting together, the garbage can cover was broken, the shower is leaking everywhere, toilet paper is highly seeked commodity (had to ask every time/day and it arrived 1 slim, one-sheet role that they put on the light over the mirror ?, meaning no toilet paper holder), the changed towels were dirty, had to ask for new ones, there was no second night stand, there was no table in the room - just a plank attached to the wall, 2 glasses but 1 cup (?), one tabure and no chairs(?

The position was very close to Taksim, staff was helpful but since there were 2 people over 60 staying there it was complicated. The neighbourhood was really shady, it was scary to go out by night, it is right in the middle of Tarlabași. The room itself looked good, it was clean. Breakfast comes in a plate that was left on the floor, in front of the door every morning. The same type of food every day it lacks variety. Not to say it was not very hygenic. For the same price you could get better hotels so I would not recommend.

Owner was extremely friendly Staff also nice There was an elevator Modern and renovated balcony a few minutes away from taksim, lots of great options for food and sightseeing clean room was decently sized Humid smell in the bathroom some black stains on the bathroom appliances some stains on over blanket on bed the area feels a bit shady

We were met from the subway, helped to carry our luggage and told a little about the city and where to eat, the hotel is not far from the street istiklal, in the historic district of the city so there are half destroyed buildings but we are not embarrassed by it. The room is clean, slippers, TV, air conditioning, good repair, refrigerator. We mistakenly booked a room in -1 floor, due to the fact that the room is in the basement and on the street drying laundry from the hotel, the room was high humidity, this is probably the only minus we can write.

Good hotel and caring staff. Difficult terrain but manageable.. the roadway is difficult for elderly disabled persons But hotel room and facilities good Wll located into city centre.
-
Just walking distance to get all the shops and etc.. New building air conditioning and hot water was excellent
-
Host and staffs are kind "Bed bugs", and dirty, sewer

The staff were extremely accommodating and helped with every request, including letting us check in a little early as we came in on an early flight and were exhausted. The room was well-equipped, with working A/C and a fridge as well as a kettle, and it was kept very clean throughout our stay. The location is quite convenient as it is only a short walk from Taksim Square. The area was a little noisy and chaotic, with building works in the street at the moment and a mosque in the vicinity (so the call to prayer was quite loud). I think our room (on the second floor, and towards the courtyard) might be quieter than the others, so it was OK for us once we got used to it.

The room it's very clean and the hotel staff are very cool, will assist you with everything that you need. Also bus station is very close to you so it's all good Breakfast was the same every day, you receive a little bread, 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of white and yellow cheese each, and 1 -2 slices of salami. Also the neighborhood it's kinda weird, you will have a little shock when you'll see it for the first time but it's totally safe

Staff are really good. Shower is big and powerful. Air conditioning is good. Clean. Location is good, 5 mins to lots of bars etc. Pillows are hard. Check in was annoying as nobody was there when we got there and we didn't have any mobile data to message.

Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke when opening the door to exit the room.
