J’ai réservé l’hôtel Beethoven et en arrivant à la réception de l’hôtel on me dirige vers l’hôtel Paleria alors que ma réservation était à l’hôtel Beethoven via la plate-forme Expedia. La chambre était glaciale et sentait l’humidité impossible d’y séjourner. Le service etait nul et le déjeuner décevant. On a dû changer d’hôtel dès le lendemain. On a refusé de nous rembourser, une vraie arnaque!!

It was terrible, every single thing there was about mony even the bottle of water in the room wasn’t free and was for 1$ , and they didn’t let me enter the swimming pool i don’t know why even though I i paid 100$ for the night

Location was perfect, 2 min away from the tramway. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. Staff was friendly. We didn't try the spa but the prices were reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable

Bethowen Hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the location was perfect for exploring Istanbul. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options every morning. Every detail showed great care and hospitality. I highly recommend Bethowen Hotel and would love to stay again!

Daha önce de tercih ettiğim bir oteldi. Çalışanları çok kibar ve ilgililer. Fakat kaldığım odada tavan su akıtıyordu. Hem ses hem de koku yapması bakımından rahatsız ediciydi. Resepsiyonu aradığımda ilgilendiler, ben de idare edeceğimi düşündüm fakat su damlayan alan tepedeki lambaya kadar yaklaştığında yeniden aramak zorunda kaldım. Apar topar geç çıkış yapılan bir odayı temizleyip beni oraya yerleştirdiler. İlgilendikleri için teşekkür ediyorum, önemli bir şey ama bu tür bakımların da aksatılmaması lazım. O yüzden yorum olarak bırakmak istedim.
