Very clean, spacious rooms, non smoking, shower feels like a spa, and coffee and tea provided everyday. I did not like that they don’t have an iron for the guests to use and their washing service is very limited, not to mention expensive. I would stay here again but I would my travel iron for the convenience.

There is always bad smell coming from the toilets in all the rooms. Eventhough I changed my room three times but smell is there .

Excellent staff No parking for the car

I was denied the entry to the property almost at the middle of the night due the fact that I did not have the marriage certificate available to show him which was the primary condition to check in ( full payment was submitted in advance at the time of booking) when I pointed out that you did not have the authority to check in as you only need passports to check in the professional guard physically attacked me and pushed me with full force on my CHEST unexpectedly and I fell off on my wife behind me who injured her shoulder pretty bad and she was in Istanbul on her medical surgery next morning. I left the hotel with official conveyance arranged by the Clinic where we need to go for surgery next morning and checked to another hotel by 2 am. I spoke to the police and advised to have a medical both for me and my wife to file a case but we were busy for next 8 days going through the surgical procedures. I am Canadian Citizen / US Green Card holder and reserve the right to go the embassies for assistance.

As the name says - this is an elegant hotel. Very clean hotel. Nice smell. Excellent customer service And right next to amenities and shops yet on a private road so peaceful and quiet. If you are visiting Sayyidina Abu Ayoub Al Ansari, this is the hotel to stay at. It is literally at the doorsteps of his Maqam.

Great place! Great area! Booking.com told me I would get an invoice from the hotel, and the hotel refused to give me an invoice. I had to engage booking.com customer service to get my invoice.
