Room size, location far from the sea side

It was nice and clean It was fine.

Everything was good. The staff was polite and the room had an excellent sea view. The food was delicious.

The parking entrance is so small and easy to get scratch if not driving carefully. Wifi is lagging so much

Excellent staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was amazing and staff were always there to help you. Air conditioner was not working as it got hot during the night.

Clean and spacious room. Housekeeping was tiding up the room on daily basis.Has underground parking, a bit narrow but still a good option having on mind the busy area. Breakfast was also good, restaurant is behind the reception with view on the sea side. nothing really

Location

The Breakfast was soooooo poor, and they charged around 500 tr lira to have the breakfast in the room, but it was really pooor, no variety. I only got some cheese and salami, one apple, and one orange, which is a bit shame for 4-star hotels and for the paid amount. They didn't provide a lot of variety, even though the bread was not homemade. It was nothing for the amount paid. Also, the morning staff was not that polite (the reception staff, others were good). I stayed without TV :( a bit noisy hotel, there is a train sound nearby! It's a bit uncomfortable. I attached the breakfast picture for ur info, it's really shame :( sooo disappointed!!!!!

Comfortable beds, lighting was good, ocean view, breakfast was decent, clean rooms. Nice decor. Overall above average. Occasional sewage smell in the bathroom. Keeping the bathroom closed made it worse. Don't know if there is a fix. Staff was ok but not super friendly.

Staff not prepared almost all male not very good prepared. Was a real fire on the level dowsteirs and fire alarm whent off but reception told me is a false alarm while I was watching foreman from the fire truck putting the fire out. They didnt acknoledge the fire and I think this was luck of care.

The location was in a nice neighborhood, it was close to a bus stop and a short walk from the train station, with a great room view showing the sea. The staff were friendly and available to help at any time. The room was clean and comfortable. Concerns from my previous visit have been fixed, like the mini fridge in the room working better, or the bidet's pressure being much stronger. The breakfast, while varied, was still not that tasty, but that might be a difference in flavor preference. The key card stopped working one of the days I stayed there, and it took a while to be fixed, but the staff were always with me trying to fix it or providing support.

I stayed for two nights on the second day, I got out of the room in the morning and came back at night and found the room as it is no one clean it, I believe it is part of safety, but I did not restrict to enter it to clean it.

Hotel's own parking with no need to leave a key with a car. Parking might be tricky for some drivers zince it has quite narrow driveways.

Sea view Noise and bad internet connection

Clean and well maintained. Close to Marmaray and many eating places. Concierge staff very helpful.
