Very friendly and welcoming staff at a good value rate. The property felt more like a home stay than a hotel. The location is good and the local street is fabulous. Everyone in the neighborhood made us feel welcome. Also, an excellent Turkish breakfast. The breakfast area is a bit small, but that gives guests a chance to meet and talk. Not really a negative thing.

We rented the apartment for 4 in unique hotel. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room in which there are two separate beds, as well as a table at which you can eat a small meal, a basic kitchenette with a gas stove, as well as a bathroom with a shower. In short, if you are looking for accommodation at a reasonable price, this is definitely recommended as it is very good value for money. The charming hotel owner is present almost 24/7 and always willing to help you with any questions. Finally, don't forget the breakfast which is always tiptop. From the appartment, you should not expect stunning views.

A nice little hotel in the heart of Istanbul, great location, service as well, and the owner Bayram is a really wonderful and kind person. The hotel will soon be renovated which will make it a wonderful place to stay in Istanbul.

It is located close to Taxim but you don't hear any noise at the same time. The rooms are huge to compare with other hotels of the same price range. And what is very important if you travel not in summer - the rooms are well heated. The hotel management is very helpful and friendly. I saw the comments about the towels but I didn't see any problems, ours' were totally fine. Internet was working good as well Could be some variety for the breakfast within the same cost of products.

The location and the staff was so cool and professional.

The only good thing is that you can make noise and smoke cigarettes inside the rooms without a problem!

Staff specially Hasan, Bayram and Benyamin that every time are friendly and helpfull. Location that is near to taksim and public transportation. Size and light of the room. It is better to fold the towels in the plastic cover. Buffet breakfast is better than serving cheese, butter, honey, sausages, french fries and egg to everyone. Improvement of the quality of the slipers and toilet papers is recommended.

i like the location and everything in the hotel especially the staff. the beggar outside the hotel but eveything is good

Spacious apartment for family with good owner and staff No breakfast facility, little far from main taksim , if uou are young no problem but if you have family its a short walk
