Overall my stay here was short and sweet the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ibrahim who works at front desk helped me with what I needed without fail. Fixed shower

The room was clean and as described First, the housekeeping who is a guy barged in my room without knocking and I was butt naked in bed! Secondly, the room was for 2 people yet when my friend arrived on the last night, they made her pay additional fees ( mind you she only stayed for a few hours before we went to our next hotel ). Additionally, they charged me 30£ for 2 kg of laundry which is absolutely mental! I also had 2 packs of cigarettes missing after cleaning the room! Lastly, this hotel was the first place I stayed in while I was in Istanbul and after I checked in here, I started to get weird messages and calls at 2-3am from Turkish men via WhatsApp and I’m pretty positive it’s someone in the hotel because who else has access to my contact. Also because the staff did also message me many times on WhatsApp so they clearly took my number out the system to reach out to me which they shouldn’t… they could have just called the room phone. Overall the vibe was unsafe for a solo female traveller and they’re definitely gonna scam you if they can!
