I first stayed here in 2018 and the hotel is still my go-to in Istanbul in the area. The facilities and amenities are great for travelers especially those who come for business. Staff welcomed me professionally and the check in check out processes were flawless. I had a minor issue as I arrived late and so I asked for late check out and they were very supportive on this matter. The room is spacious. Bed is extremely comfortable. Toiletries have been limited for eco-friendly purposes but they are enough for a short stay. The only issue I had is probably the location is not close to many restaurants or shops, but that is not a big deal.

Nice hotel but the food is not tasty especially when you order down next to the lobby the burger took half an hour and it was cold

Very good value for money. No traffic noise heard in the room (calls to prayer could be heard, but were not very disturbing - will not wake you up if already asleep). Decent room quality, good quality bad/mattress. Helpful stuff, mostly good command of English. Nothing overly negative given the price.

Everything about the hotel including the front desk, room service and breakfast staff was great. The detox cold water in the front of the restaurant was a nice touch specially in the hot weather. The Turkish Hamam staff seemed confused and not so helpful. I had to wait for service even after I made an appointment and was told to come down.. Then when my turn supposedly came the lady who worked in the hamam left. That was extremely waste of my time and disappointing. Another area the hotel may want to consider fixing is the cleaning staff needs to make sure to not just take the dirt coffee mugs but to leave clean mugs and re-stock the coffee and tea bags, creamer and sugar after cleaning. I had to request these several times through out my stay. The only other thing is the location being a bit far from famous sites as Haga Sophia mosque as taxis cost a lot.

There is nothing to do in the neighbourhood, but very convenient if you come from expo.
