room is overpriced, just 2 tiny PLASTIC water bottles in the room, NOTHNIG else, breakfast was not included, taemplozees on the reception announced me a breakfast price that was higher as I would have had to pay, if i booked it online, which was also to high 18 per person, but they told me it would be 32 per person, the room does not have a normal showerm but just a bathtube zou have to step over. on the next day, the lady at the entrance, that was dispatching taxi services, was pushy and obvoiusly a bit arrogant in my ezes, All in all, from what I have expereinced and seen in other 5 star hotels, this one does not deserve the fifth star.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would especially like to thank Front Office Duty Manager Mustafa Topal. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made a huge difference during my stay. Thanks to him, I truly felt at home. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his positive attitude reflects the highest standards of customer service. Nothing significant. My experience was very positive overall.

Quite area Slow water pressure in shower

At first glance, the hotel gives a positive impression; however, our actual experience was very disappointing. Upon entering the room, the temperature was extremely high. We attempted to activate the air conditioning, but it was not functioning properly. After reporting the issue, staff came to check and informed us that the system was not set for cooling, only heating, and that it could not be adjusted. Unfortunately, there was no effort or consideration shown to resolve the situation. As a result, we were forced to sleep with the window open, which caused me to become seriously ill. Additionally, we requested an ironing board. Initially, we were told it would arrive in 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, and later 15 minutes. After multiple delays and no follow-up, I had to personally go downstairs and request it again before it was finally delivered. Overall, the level of service does not match the impression given at the hotel entrance. This was a very disappointing experience.

Good clean hotel but the location is too far from the tourist attraction places - the location is too far from the tourist attraction places - the breakfast was too bad not so much options and unfortunately not like the other Turkish restaurants

Everything is perfect. I like breakfast wonderful, the staff are very cooperative, especially Mr. Mehmet Atasoy location is also very good nothing

Booking Variety of restaurants

Black / Green mold in the bathtub for every room, had to get 3 room changes and they were all the same. Water Dripping from the ceiling, just very gross for a "5 star hotel" (pictures attached)

Staffs were quite rude and not at all cooperative WiFi was not working for the entire day Location was quite inconvenient And there were market around A barren location

The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Great place to stay.
