The room I was given upon check-in was lovely, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. For those who enjoy shopping, the location is ideal — a large, impressive mall is just steps away. While the hotel is a bit far from Taksim, the surrounding area offered everything I needed, especially with friends nearby. I'll definitely be back!

staff was friendly, breakfast was good, location was good for us as we wanted something more in the periphery of centre and with easy access to leave istanbul on the next day, plus there was a close by neighborhood with local shops and restaurants which we enjoyed, maybe around 20 mins walk we choose the hotel for its spa, however that was a true disappointment. it was outdated, the pool and jacuzzi were cold (not to mention they are combined, which made no sense), there were outside people coming to swim, it was loud, the facilities didn't make you feel like in a spa

Comfortable, clean, modern hotel with spa, parking. The location is next to the metro station and shopping mall. Its a bit far from central Istanbul. Staff was helpful special thank to the receptionist Selim, he was welcoming, attentive, and eager to help. Overall its good value for money

The property was amazing, clean, beautiful .This was the family’s third visit to Turkey, We chose this Hotel because of its beauty and the free breakfast as was the other hotels we previously chose. When we arrived the reception did not greet us or welcome us to Turkey as this was my first time to visit. The next morning we went to have breakfast , the buffet attendant asked for our room number, he says you have to pay 50 euros each for breakfast, I told him that it’s included . He said no it’s not included. I showed him a screen shot of where it said breakfast included. He said okay. So we thought all was well. The next morning we went back and started serving ourselves, that same man asked for our room number again and said you have to pay 50 euros each. Everyone stopped what they were doing to watch us. It was so humiliating, then he said you can go have a fight with the front desk. What? Why would he talk to us like that..We went to the reception desk downstairs, the man was really unfriendly and told us it’s 50 euros each.The sad part was that it was all so unnecessary as my daughter had several internal procedures and would only be allowed a liquid diet for the remainder of our stay. The third day of our stay I had all of my teeth removed so I could only have a liquid diet for the remainder of our stay.The only kindness that was shown to us was by the housekeeping staff, they are hardworking and sincere people. I think the management should go to a seminar to learn how to treat their guests who come from all over the world.Even basic manners!There was no reason for us to be treated so badly. The reception people that are supposed to greet you when you come in

Breakfast, sauna, and pool are great facilities for the hotel. All the staff were very gentle and nice. Especially Mr. Kazim who helped me and explained to me how to use the sauna and other facilities. In general, everything was wonderful. The location is slightly inconvenient

Very loud .. hard to sleep because of traffic and trains running all night. Hotel is a bit run down.
