The location is fantastic—just two tram stops from the Grand Bazaar, making it incredibly easy to explore Istanbul. The neighborhood is convenient, safe, and well connected. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are warm, caring, and make you feel like part of the family from the moment you arrive. The housekeeping team keeps everything spotless, and their attention to detail is outstanding. Breakfast was excellent every morning. What impressed me most was their hospitality—if there was something we wanted that wasn’t on the menu, they happily prepared it for us. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. For the price, I honestly don’t think you can find a better hotel in this area. Great location, exceptional service, delicious breakfast, and wonderful people. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Meretto Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Nothing, everything was so good.

The location was just perfect with a tram station right around the corner. The staff were professional and very friendly. Unfortunately, a few things weren't in a perfect state: The TV wasn't working and hangers and the cosmetic mirror in the bathroom were broken.

Good location with nice view to the mosque and bazaar. The guys running the reception are gifted in friendliness and helfulness! Excellent connections to everywhere in Istanbul, be it metro, tram or walking. The smell of sewage in batroom. The terrace, which actually made me decide to choose this hotel, was closed for renovation.

Hotel has very good location, just in the center of Istanbul. Very clean rooms, new furniture. But most important it’s very friendly and professional staff at the reception, perfectly speaking English. You can also ask them about taxi to airport, with is more cheap than the usually taxi in the city! Highly recommended!

Location is the best, just right opposite to the Grand Bazaar, super friendly staffs, very new hotel with brand new facilities. valueable accomodation. Tram T1 is right before the hotel. My room view is the tramway, a park and a blue top mosque, that amazed me so much. Nope, everything is fine. Could not ask for more.

The elevator is very small, and the room floor cleanliness wasn’t very good.
