- Very friendly and helpful staff - Free late check-out and a complimentary room upgrade with an amazing sea view - Great breakfast with a wide selection of food - Wellness included in the price - Free wellness access was limited to 12 PM - 7 PM, afterwards, there was an additional fee of €10 - The wellness area was often crowded with children - A swim cap was required to use the pool (available for purchase for 200 TRY) - The hotel is a bit dated, although it is well-maintained

Room is very small, TV is very quiet and it's difficult to breath in Atrium rooms because air flows are limited. As well before the trip we asked if they provide you with bathrobes, they answered yes, but it appears that they don't

The room itself was pleasant, much better than I had anticipated. It was spacious, clean, and conveniently located near the major attractions, just a 10-15 minute walk from the prominent mosques. The breakfast was also delicious, featuring a well-stocked buffet.

Everything was good except for two things, They didn’t accept our coupon for lunch, also when we go to the spa and the pool they forced us to buy their towels when we had our new towels in hand.

Second night, The next day, after they said there were no other rooms, I told them I would leave a bad review, and suddenly they found two rooms. I chose one. In the evening, when I tried to take a shower, the drain was clogged and the air conditioning didn’t work. They came after 20 minutes and unclogged it, but it was still cold. They brought a heater an hour later — it was midnight. An unpleasant experience. The bathroom and Dusty rooms, only one pair of slippers.

The hotel was new, clean and we had a nice view It was at the top of a hill and the road in front was closed looks like permanently, so you have to bring your bags a half a block up a steep hill. The breakfast was crowded and while the selection was large it was mostly vegan, very little meats.

Location next to the Grand Bazaar is great. Front desk staff helpful EXCELLENT masseuse Selma is WORLD CLASS Do not miss massage with her but be aware 40% discount for massage services was not honored or offered! fantastic breakfast water gets all over the floor when you shower allowed to use steam room pool and sauna 12-7pm without charge nice pilllows too hard

Very unclean, hairs, fingerprints on everything, second day a towel was super dirty, bedsheets not clean, dirty toilet...
