Good location I stay in that hotel quite often while in Istanbul. This time I got the room with a bathroom of very uncomfortable layout and a shower where I do not fit (and I am only 182cm tall), toilet where I do not fit etc. There are much better rooms in that hotel, so you should always ask for a bigger room

Very good location. Good breakfast. Confortable bed. Nice staff. The ceiling in the shower compartment is so low that being as tall as I am (and I'm 182cm tall :-), you'll keep hitting your head to the ceiling while taking a shower :-) There was no flush water running in the toilet, so I had to use a waste bin as a bucket to flush the toilet :-)

Clean room, good location, good breakfast Free shuttle to the airport was included in our booking (it was written in big green letters in the middle of the booking information) but hotel refused to give us this service pretending that they have no idea about it. We had to ask about it few times and every time receptionists behaved as they don’t understand what we are talking about. Moreover some receptionists don’t speak proper English and it’s almost impossible to understand what they are trying to say. Quite strange for a hotel that accepts international tourists. Internet in the room is terribly slow although in our booking it was mentioned High speed internet. Water in the shower was rapidly changing from hot to cold and vice versa. Mattresses were so soft that it was impossible to sleep. I don’t recommend this hotel because booking information is way far from reality and it’s not possible to get a service mentioned on the site.

My feedback is extremely positive, the room was small but very good also the bathroom had a good dimension. The staff was very helpful and I'm very grateful to the room's staff who found my gold earing I lost probably sleeping in my bed. The position was excellent, in a quite street but in a central position close to public transport and close to the most important historical and touristic sites. I highly recommend this hotel to people who want to stay in Istanbul for vacation or other reasons.
