Location was great as it was close to public transport, multiple restaurants, and Grand Bazaar. Breakfast was very good and plenty of options to choose from. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooftop restaurant's outdoor patio with great views of city and Sea of Marmara. Room air conditioning was not producing cool air on warm days, it was as if just the air handler circulating room temperature air. A bit pricey hotel restaurant and bar for the area. Gym definitely needs updating (very old equipment).

Location was very good as the main sites in the city were close by. Staff were helpful. Food was very good. Ate there twice in one day! Transport is good as there is a tram stop at the top of the road. Soundproofing could of been better. I was getting a early flight but woke up a couple of times as I could hear people talking in the corridor. Apart from that not much else.

Location was excellent. 250m walk to grand Bazaar and Beyazit tram station. Perfect spot for getting around the city. Great places to eat in walking distance. All round perfect location.

Good location to visit all the must-see sights. Cleanliness. Helpfulness of crew.

The location was ideal for several top sites - Grand Bazaar, haga Sophia, Blue Mosque, etc. The staff was also very helpful with helping us get Ubers or arranging taxis. Hotel is dated and the rooms are small.

Shower was dirty (hairs), unfriendly staff, uncomfortable bed and pillows, no outlets in bathroom, AC was not working, overpriced.

Staff. Breakfast, gave me smoked salmon every day upon request. Excellent. Everybody friendly. Will stay there again. The street is always dirty.

Property is a little tired. I guess they will be doing a renovation in the fall.

Location is excellent for the old city visitors and very accessible for public transport. the best part of our 6 nights visit was he staff of the hotel. Very well trained and let you feel special. Specially at reception Miss. Sudenaz Buyukyazici was very proffessinal and helped us right from the check-in and all the way in 6 days. bell boys and supervisors are very helpful in guidance and arranging any local assistance. Salute to the management and their training skills. The room size and its bit noisy. The sound isolation is not good as you can hear next door guest while they are watching TV or talking. Which is not for privacy point of view.

Good location, close to major tourist attractions. Clean hotel and very friendly and attentive reception desk. Delicious food at the 7nd floor restaurant, fantastic view and great music at night. We booked multiple rooms for our trip, since we traveled as a big group of family and friends. All rooms are really small, with barely any storage, and one of our rooms had an awful sewers smell coming from the bathroom. The odor just randomly appeared, but stayed in the room for a long time. The water in the shower would randomly get scalding hot, so we had to pay extreme caution when washing the kids. Overall, the hotel is very clean, but, despite all the 'No Smoking' signs, hallways always reek of tobacco. Hotel breakfast was not a good deal for the price we paid: the same selection of food every single day, not exactly great variety that one would expect from traditional Turkish breakfast, and the breakfast area was VERY hot, to the point it was very uncomfortable to stay in. Rooftop restaurant food was great, but the staff is hit or miss. One day, waiters are friendly and attentive, next day they pretend you're not there the wait to place an order and get our food would take over an hour. Also, closing time of 11pm, with no bar or pub open after that, is too early. Finally, always double check the reviews of the companies providing trips/excursions around Istanbul. At least one of the companies recommended by the hotel's front desk (beach trips provider) got awful reviews online.

The location was close to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, and Galata Tower. Although we didn't use them there was a pool, spa and a roof top restaurant. Although we were close to the places we wanted to see we didn't really like the busy, hectic vibe of being so close to the Bazaar.

Mr. Azzim and the other staff are amazing. He is very caring and helpful. Always smiling & helpful I felt safe inside the hotel.
