The staff treated us like family. We didn’t pay for breakfast when we booked the hotel, we were going to get coffee somewhere else and they said don’t worry, just go and have breakfast. It’s on us. It was on the beautiful roof. While we were waiting for the taxi, they offered us tea. Everyone was friendly and caring and spoke English fluently. They made sure we got to the airport on time. They walked out with us and talked to the uber driver. Everything was great

Perfect location!!!! Soft beds and upstanding customer service. Breakfast is massive! Room a little small, but its normal for this area.

Location is very good. Front desk staff is very nice. Ahmed was so good customer service. Very nice and helpful person. Breakfast was good however the lady manager at breakfast was little rude. I asked about omelette with egg white and she was very rude to respond. I understand they don’t serve it but she need to be nice in talking.

I like the location. Close to tram/train station and near from tourist spots. Maybe try to get new linens for the beddings.

Very close to grand bazar, breakfast okay, wifi excellent Very difficult for taxi driver to get to hotel as in the area they would put up the bollards, so if u have heavy suitcases would get difficult. Rooms small and dated, they don’t change bedcovers stayed for 4 days and they didn’t change. Which for me was fine. you have to pay for water bottles in your bedrooms.

Due to special circumstances, we were delayed for 9 days past our original booking date. When I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp, the owner kindly rescheduled our reservation without any complications, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable for all of us, and the location made getting around very easy. The breakfast was always excellent and very diverse, with fresh and delicious options every day. Our daughter Lama especially loved the stay and felt very happy and comfortable throughout our visit. We would definitely come back

Good location. Very Very Friendly staff has made us fill like a part of their family. Noise from construction next block

Staff was very friendly, helpful. Facility was neat and tidy. Most importantly the location was unbeatable. We walked to the Blue Mosque and Ayasofia in 15-20 mins. The grand bazar was only 5-7 minutes walk literally. I would suggest they could provide a small bin for the room. Just a thought.

Everything about our stay at Grand Rosa was exceptional. Breakfast buffet had wonderful variety of delicious foods, continental as well as traditional Turkish fare. All in all our party of 4 was pleased with our stay!

Clean ,convenient , friendly staff,

The used cup for coffee was turned upside down without being cleaned. The bed had too much layers which made it too soft for comfort. The location was difficult to reach by private vans especially when you have luggages. We had to walk quite a distance in an uphill climb with our luggages because the road was not open.

Staff and the owner are very nice friendly and very helpful location is great lots of good places are walking distance good breakfast i have been to Istanbul many with different hotels but Grand Rosa is my favorite for now is my place to stay anytime I come to Istanbul I love everything

Everything about this hotel was absolutely outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. The facilities exceeded my expectations, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest.?? Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out.
