The hospitality was outstanding – the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was excellent, close to main attractions and easy to move around. Rooms were clean and comfortable, making our stay very pleasant.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Yasmin in Istanbul. First, I selected a pay-at-arrival option for my booking, but the hotel charged my card in advance without explanation. Despite multiple requests for a refund, I received no response or compensation. Additionally, I had selected a room with payment upon arrival for €258, while rooms that required advance payment were available for only €200. Despite choosing the pay-at-arrival option, the hotel charged me €258 in advance, essentially overcharging me by €58. When I raised this issue, the staff was unhelpful, and they eventually brought in a director from another hotel to mediate. After contacting Booking.com, it was confirmed that the hotel had made a mistake, but they still refused to refund the €58 difference. This lack of responsibility made the situation even more frustrating. Upon arrival, I found hair in the bed, which was disgusting, and the cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The hotel is also far from public transport, and the uphill walk to get there made it very inconvenient. One day, the bathroom light stopped working. I reported it immediately, and although they promised to fix it, nothing was done. I had to use my phone's flashlight to navigate in the bathroom for the rest of my stay, which was incredibly frustrating. I will never return to this hotel again.

Thé receptionist Salim helped me a lot during m'y stay. Thé rooms were clean and tidy. Thé hôte is very close to restaurants, cafés and touriste attractions. It is a 10 munite walk from hôtel grand bazar, sultanahmet and hagi spohia mosquée. Nothing.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location for visiting many of the key attractions of Istanbul. There are multiple shops, restaurants and cafes in the adjacent streets. The room I had was small but functional for a short stay. It was relatively clean and had everything I expected in a budget accommodation. There was a distinct smell of cigarettes from the towels and bedding. The mattress had seen better days.
